    Very glad to see A1up have made the control panel more authentic to the coin-operated machine. Congrats on grabbing this one. Thanks for sharing. :)

    I have Yoga Flame, looks identical. I believe they used the exact same PCB. Only difference is on the intro screen it's Ken and not Chun. So since he's the best character I'll have to keep this version lol. I was wondering about the stability, thanks for confirming that. I was really hoping they upgraded the controls but same mush buttons and ok stick. Congrats though it's a beautiful cab and has a banger games list! When they release the XL it better have all Darkstalkers though!

    I feel like the Street Fighter XL is right around the corner. The Deluxe version is selling for $299 everywhere right now..

    I have the yoga flame and purchased it before I knew about this edition or when it was going to come out. I made my purchase at Dell tho as I had some rewards I wanted to use. I ended up getting it for only $280 after my rewards & CB and before taxes.
    This cab is nice looking and provides a more mature look but like you mentioned I was worried about the stability of not having a riser. With the deluxe it's only like 65 lbs or so which is nice when trying to move it around but the yoga flame with the riser is around 90 lbs. When I'm playing it there is barely any movement at all. This is on carpet as well. It should be better on a hard surface tho. I would add weight on the inside if you want it more stable.
    Have fun with your new cab and thanks for sharing! I'm waiting for the XL too and just like you I only want one SF cab.

    I just got one, my first 1up cab, i need to build a 3- 4 inch riser it is a little too small for me and i am a half inch shy of 6ft. After playing for 20 minutes my lower back was a little soar with the slight bend i needed to do.

    • @HungrywolfGarou
      @HungrywolfGarou  11 месяцев назад

      Sorry your back was sore from standing at the cab. I hope the riser works well for you when you get it built. You should show it off in a video! If you can get a stool to use in the meantime, I recommend it. I hope you are enjoying the cab otherwise.

  • @TheYuppiejr

    Great video, certainly the best ergonomics and video/control quality of the variants I've seen - though I really wish they'd brought forward the Capcom Legacy game assortment and illuminated the coin door slots. Losing out on Ghost n Goblins, 1944 and Commando vs "filler" titles like Capcom Sports Club, Saturday Night Slam Masters and Super Puzzle Fighter on the newer cabinet is a bummer... I'm not sure that cab ran Android so an APK softmod option to bring those titles to this cabinet don't look like an option either.

      I would have loved to see the Darkstalkers games on this cab, too.

    I am guessing assembling the deluxe edition is easier than previous cabinets. Considering that there are 2 halves to slide in together, it would be easier to put in the other side panel because it is half the width of the cabinet.

    • @HungrywolfGarou
      @HungrywolfGarou  Год назад

      I find them easy to assemble. I'm not sure if it's much easier than the old ones, but I definitely don't find it any more difficult. It's been a while since I've put one of the older models together.

      The only cabinet I have so far is the Midway Legacy Cabinet. I was having a hard time putting on the other side. One of the wooden doles wouldn't stay still. There's a gap between the left side and the marquee. The control panel wasn't easy to put on, probably because the side wasn't lined up right. I still enjoy playing it though

    Does this cab have a speed setting for the street fighter turbo games?

    • @HungrywolfGarou
      @HungrywolfGarou  11 месяцев назад +1

      On SSF2T you can change the speed to Turbo 0, 1, 2, 3, and free select for offline games. Online games use default settings. SPF2T has Slow, Normal, Fast, and Fastest speed settings. Those are the only 2 games on the cab with speed settings.

    • @kjmullinz
      @kjmullinz 11 месяцев назад +1

      @@HungrywolfGarou nice, where can the speed settings be found though exactly? ...and is the default speed in online mode for SF2T set st 1 or 2 by default?
      I'm asking, because I'm trying to compare this cab to the big blue cab. I can't find the speed settings on the big blue :( ...and I want to know the default speed online so I can train at the correct settings.

    • @HungrywolfGarou
      @HungrywolfGarou  11 месяцев назад +1

      For the Deluxe you press the 2 player start button to find the settings. Default is normal difficulty, speed turbo 2

    • @kjmullinz
      @kjmullinz 11 месяцев назад +1

      @@HungrywolfGarou Thanks for the update, bud! Not sure why A1UP don't have the option to change speed setting on BIG BLUE and don't know why its default speed is TURBO 1 while deluxe is TURBO 2.

    • @HungrywolfGarou

      It is a glitch that happens on the rom in SSFIIT. Apparently, it is a known issue that is on Turbo on Arcade1up's other cabs with Turbo, also. Hopefully, they will fix it in a future update.
