Looks great. I think you might need to separate the onions and potatoes. Onions put off ethylene which spoils the potatoes faster. Also, coffee should be kept in the dark.😀

Very pretty. I really like that you made do with a lot of the stuff that already existed. I think there’s such value in that. We’ve become such a throwaway society that goes with new trends and you can make a space your own without ripping everything out.

Yes you can paint your kitchen cabinets without sanding! We used a deglossing product on our old oak cabinets and painted them white. We did this 8 years ago and they still look great, no chipping and they wipe clean very easy. Just say'n.😊

You most definitely can paint cabinets without sanding. We just recently learned this while totally gutting and remodeling our kitchen and baths. There is a paint that is relatively new to the market called "Beyond Paint" . In my opinion it is the greatest invention in a very long time. Vast array of colors and super easy to use. I have used it for so many projects recently and love the results of every single one. We even did our chairs and bar stools and they are holding up amazingly. One of the BEST things ever is that we used BLACK a lot and it covers so good, no paint strokes etc. Try it some day, you will love it for all your projects Kitchen looks AMAZING, what a difference. The dining nook is adorable too. What a great use of space I literally just purchased that same flower pot too. I got it at Walmart and ALSO put my ZZ plant into it...too funny

I agree functional things as a pretty use and i love decor as a functional kitchen use. I see some kitchens and they look beautiful but not very functional just lots of decor and i dont think my husband would want to get my fake silk flowers all greasy as we both shear it , I love the new kitchen❤👍

Darn, I like the warm wood trim. I get your style is white on white but when overdone, it makes things cold. You have such great taste. The kitchen storage is awesome. I love that the island is gone! Ha ha
You are so talented…the queen of transforming rooms in a responsible way. It looks great. I even like the tiled wall. Maybe use a high gloss white tile paint to cover the beige detail square above the sink. You may not be so eager to change the whole wall then and it could save some money. I just love it.

Looks really good. The only thing I would do differently is I would have the appliances the same color. The steel stove looks out of place for the look. Also the sink would have looked good white as well. It may have been a budget constraint that affected your choice. Love the microwave area. Good use of the space.
So bright & happy! I see so open shelving possibly next to the stove some day working beautifully. Makes me wanna get some skylights bc we have a similar long kitchen.
Love the kitchen! I used an oil based primer, let it air 2 days and painted right over my cabinets. Zero mess and 2 days of smell. 11 years and 3kids later and they haven’t even needed touch ups. No one in my family has ever sanded - you can use the oil primer but I don’t recommend liquid sandpaper.
