For drive recovery, you need special equipment to seal and close it. Higher money may be spent. Buy a new drive rather than repair it.
Your missing the head ramp there bud. Also scratches, smudges exposed to elements. Good luck with recovery. Outer edge of the platter is where critical modules live. Those heads are coming on and off the platter like that. Yikes.

To open hdd in clean enviourment I made a transparent acrylic 2 feet long 1.2 feet wide box with 2 hole at one side from where hands can enter...one hdd size window from where i insert hdd in it and later close it immediately....most important...i already placed tiny air purifier in it where dust stick to glu when suction threw 5 volt tiny pc fan...i placed in a corner...and always start it 15 minut earlier before open hdd.....so if there any dust particle can removed in air....screw driver i placed parmanently inside box......all things i insert inside ...i clean them best

this is not possible as the distance between the platters and the head is 15nm and opening it makes the vacuum release and cause a head crash
