Tried to make this but something is wrong, 21 chains when you start from the second chain from the hook it ends with a double crochet in the last chain. And in the video you ended with single crochet in the last chain.
I tried to make this and on the side where it’s supposed to be the seam where you’re starting new rounds, my bag starts getting wider and wider. When finished it’s shaped like a water pitcher. What am I doing wrong? 😩
It sounds like you may be adding stitches on each round. Try counting the stitches on each round that you make to make sure you’re not adding stitches 😊
@@MumsyMakesCrochet are you shifting back and forth between single and double crochet? because im trying to make it for a kid but i keep forgetting the pattern
then for the next row you'll be putting a double crochet into the single crochets from the row below and a single crochet into the double crochet. then just repeat alternating rows.
