Ya know, I think if I were a clinical psychologist testifying as an expert witness, I wouldn't go for the pleated blouse from the 1950's. It looks way too "thrift store" or "I'm trying to look professsional so I borrowed my grandmother's outfit." Her article citations were just as remote in time (like before most of the jury was born).
If you want to talk "fight or flight", you'd better be current and you'd better be VERY grounded in current research. It's a VERY rapidly evolving field.
Oregon is replete with clinical psychologists. The jury will expect someone who's current. They can conclude from this that defense couldn't get an expert who could defend Nancy.

Evidently the testing company continues to update its product. That said, I think the jury should see the report generated by the test publisher as it does make comments about the subject’s behavior that are interesting… such as she avoids accountability.
Other than that she said that there are no indications of abuse by Dan. No news there.

Dan sounds like such a great and kind man. Both of them seemed conscious of each other's needs and allowed each other to grow and flex these needs. I would like to know what the real reason is that Nancy wanted to kill him. We're just presuming it's financial but there must be more to it. Was it the constant mess (that would freak me out tbh I'd be clearing and chucking stuff when he wasn't looking). I wonder if their marriage wasn't so great behind closed doors

"IF" her attorneys (if you want to call them that) think she is winning the jury (which I think they're bored to death)...not going to happen. Besides, the Prosecutor has not been the sharpest tool in the shed, and likely would only ask about her shoes, her hair or if shes' thirsty ??....Shes' gonna walk...unfortunetly...But, the Insurance Co. are in the wings waiting to charge her with Insurance Fraud..Just like Al Capone.....In my opinion
