It's sounds way more fun here as well. Like he relish being a comically evil genius scientist guy with massive buldging head and a goofy ahh yellow metallic suit and chair

Wingert's M.O.D.O.K. is the only non comic book version that is actually any good. Yes M.O.D.O.K. is a dumb character but if you acknowledge that and just run with it it wraps completely around to the other side and suddenly he's incredibly awesome. They should have added the slight electronic effect to his voice in MRV3 like in Earth's Mightiest Heroes, Wally Wingert's M.O.D.O.K. doesn't sound right without it.
After watching the MODOK Hulu series, I just can't help but laugh every time I see him. He's just such a derpy character. He tries to be creepy or menacing, but he's just funny like a little boy trying to be "evil" 😂😂😂
From being an under-appreciated character in the game to being top tier after one player was able to show what he ia actually capable of. All it took was patience and practice.
M.O.D.O.K. is one of the most prominent enemies of Iron Man, Captain America, and The Avengers, and I guess they were looking for more villains from those. Plus, they chose a lot of their characters based off of who was in newer projects, and M.O.D.O.K. was not only in the current show but is apparently supposed to be in Captain America 2. Plus, I'm sure they looked at him and though they could design a new and unique fighting style for him, which is always a plus.
