      At the same time. All men shouldn't be showing off anything on social media, not even themselves. Social media is clearly a problematic place yet we still fall into vices. But I feel social media is entirely for showing off.

    Alhamdulillah I'm so glad to see other Muslims recognise the seriousness of this issue. Have men totally lost ghira for their wives? And not just that, they're unintentionally turning them into commodities to gain more followers or more views on social media. It's really shocking to think Muslims who many consider "role models" are blatantly defying Allah's laws in the name of spreading Dawah and promoting an Islamic lifestyle. We need more discussion on this topic. Jazakallah Khair Zaid.

      A good Muslim (even more so a da3i) has to respect and make other muslims respect fhe rules of Islam and he has to be discreet about the women of his life (his mother, his wife, his daughter, his sister). That's the least he can do. In my humble opinion, it's not good to show his personal life and his wife to the world.
      A Muslim woman should to wear the hijab properly (khimar, the nikab is not obligatory) recommended by Allah. Only Allah knows her possibilities. But showing her hair, chest, her feet wearing tight clothes, pants, men's clothes is formally forbidden in Islam.

    That last point is sooo important. Many times when we remind or advise others with the Quran and Sunnah, they become emotional/heated and try to argue against the point or make up some kind of defence. But why? There’s no need to debate regarding fearing Allah as He should be feared and obeying His commands. “We hear and we obey”.

    My husband has always been very protective of me, very jealous man, never allowed me to post anything of myself, our children, wouldn’t allow me to wear makeup outside, always checked my clothes before going anywhere and for such a long time I was angry about that. I always told him he treated me like a prisoner behind four walls because he would not let me go out by myself, or to meet with “friends”. My “friends” would always tell he was so extreme and I should get away. When we would argue he would tell me “do you want me to be careless how the husbands of your friends are?! Just letting them get in Ubers alone and not know where they are and who they’re with?!. I now regret with all my heart ever being mad with him about all of these things because I failed to accept that he did that out of his love and pure intentions for me. I allowed others to fill me with poison against him and he didn’t deserve that.

    May Allaah preserve you. You spoke the truth on this video. Some words you put out are in the minds of a lot of Muslims. However, not many discuss these topics thinking they will be labled negative names. I hope Allah protects you as well brother. Lot of Muslims start of sincere but change as time goes by. Having fame and creating a big name for your self is a test from Allah. Sadly, a huge number of Muslims lose track after some months or years. They either speak about topics of Islam which they don't have correct knowledge on or they start to commit open public sins which will be on record for a long time. Even if we decide to take off a video which we find problematic, some may have already downloaded it before we take it down. Imagine some random man will now have access to our wives and daughters pictures or videos. ولا حول ولا قوه الا بالله العلي العظيم We should all watch what we say and do especially if we have a 📷 in front of our faces. Lastly, May Allah give victory to Islam and the Muslims

    Alhamdulillah. I keep saying that if you are teaching about hijab as a lady, then you shouldn't be online exposing yourself. It can be done faceless.
    Men and women watching will fall for the husband or wife.
    Then, there are those individuals who want to put on an act of being extra bubbly, etc, to get likes.
    What is private should remain private.
    When displaying your looks, life, happiness, lifestyle, etc, you are going to invite jealousy and sihr.
    Both the male and female will open themselves up to hatred, obsessions, abuse, stalking and sexual harassment.
    There is a reason why Muslims are told not to expose themselves whether physically, their voices, their worth, their plans, etc. It's for your own protection.
    Unfortunately, a lot of Muslims don't understand the concept of Haya, Sharam and Hijab.

    A Woman is not someone's responsibility. She's a person. Y'all infantilise women, it makes me sick .
    and if you think her presence alone makes it a sin, then it's about time y'all delete your social media accounts.

      Salaam sister, I am also a Muslim sister and I thought I’d respond to you to see if you’d be willing to hear it from a woman ( I know ppl nowadays don’t do too well with men giving them naseeha). This brother did NOT mention anyone by name and was given general advice completely from the Qur’aan and Sunnah of our Prophet (saw). It is waajib on us (as brothers & sisters in Islaam) to be of those who يأمرون الى المعروف وينهون عن المنكر that Allaah swt mentions in the Qur’aan. When our prophet Muhammad (saw) was doing dawah privately behind closed doors, Allaah swt ordered him to do it publicly and share the message loud and proud. If you listened to brother Zaid, he made mention of how the sister wasn’t wearing proper Hijaab he did NOT say her presence is a sin. One thing we Muslim woman should PRIDE ourselves in is that our Deen allows us to give dawah whilst counterpart Abrahmic faiths say a woman should not speak when there’s a man, should not take part in there version of Dawah, and that she should go bald to not display that beauty. Like he said Islam is wasad and not even the slightest in extreme compared to those. Also, noticed your name is often given to girls in the region I come from…so if you need me to relay this message to you in your native tongue I’m more than willing. May Allaah swt bless you.

      @@xxxooo336the way the message is interpreted matters. There are Non Muslim women now who are running away from Reverting and actually worried for us after seeing these podcasts and questioning how Is it ever okay. And about the Hijab, covering your entire self to the point of covering one's identity as SOMEONE'S WIFE because some men see the opportunity to sexualize Muslim woman?! Like?
      I'm not even pointing at anyone but this sudden uproar for a Woman's Hijab is just too much. The more they'll emphasize it and make it about themselves, the more women will try to revolutionise.
      Alot of Muslim Women on social media speak on taboo topics. And some men decides that Women around the world should just create a private group. That's how entitled some of them are.
      On top of that, you'll have men saying you shouldn't even be on Social media no matter how much you've covered. Are we not allowed to have a Space?

    • @sundus928
      @sundus928 5 месяцев назад

      @@asianbreed3990 women wear makeup for themselves. Sometimes it's so subtle that it hardly looks like makeup.
      That's why I'm saying. Why you're putting too much emphasis on it. You don't see women going to Men's Social media and telling them to cover themselves.
      We see a cute couple on Social media and just see a Couple. Why does men have the right to specifically call out how the Wife is wearing makeup or showing her Pregnancy. How a husband is "Displaying" his wife?
      That's called Audacity and Entitlement which has nothing to do with how a person is dressed.

      I follow many well knowledges Muslim women ALLAHOUMABAREK, I’ve learnt so much from them! All these women I speak of though wear a niqab in their videos as to not show their faces. I know there are other Muslim women speakers who give good dawah, but I agree with why Zaid said about wearing a niqab. I know this one hijabi too, she posts on instagram but she wears a niqab when she posts so she doesn’t show her face

    • @cyberyousef7519
      @cyberyousef7519 5 месяцев назад +3

      It depends, it is preferable that she should wear the niqab because its not real life, so anyone can stare at her without having shame on himself, second which is more important, is that they shouldn’t make their voice cute, its even said by prophet that women shouldn’t make their voice super feminine when they talk to other men

    • @AbdAllah_54564
      @AbdAllah_54564 5 месяцев назад +1

      No. Women giving "da'wah" is mostly them doing tabarruj and some simp writing "Masha Allah sister" in the comments. Not to mention the kuffar.
      They can give da'wah within inner circles while not displaying themselves to mention.

    • @z.6002
      @z.6002 5 месяцев назад +1

      The fact that you learned from these sisters does not make it any less haram for them to flaunt themselves. Tabarruj is a great sin and a great reason why society is on the brink today. The end doesn't justify the means; the intention of Da'wah does not justify the display.

      It's not about other men seeing a woman. I am surprised how women justify wearing jeans. Even though there are hadiths from the Prophet (saw) telling companions that there will come a time when women will be clothed but naked. It refers to this kind of clothing. If you leave wearing jeans bcoz other men watch you and the husband gets angry however you should be more concerned about why it is prohibited as per Islamic ruling the prophet gave in this hadith.
