The color and back logo has faded just a bit but I'm pretty sure my TRs will last me another 5 more years. I also own a pair of diesel jeans. Strength and comfort goes to TR but style and wash goes to Diesel.

im not trying to bust the posters balls, but if anyone is curious don't take my word for it, you can look at a pair of authentic TRs straight from the website...the front coin pocket flap curves the same way as the back pocket flaps, it doesn't cut down to a triangle the way the coin flap does on both these pairs. ill be posting a video soon on how to REALLY spot the difference of fake TRs later

Also they feel very cheap and stretchy (The waste stretches from 16" to19"). The seller says they are authentic. What do u think? I can send you pics if needed.

+marlon pasion Yeah its 100% genuine , the newer ones (from 2014) are made mostly in USA and some pairs are made in MEXICO , if it made in a different country such as THAILAND or ITALY or even CHINA they are 100% fake and you should return them to the seller
They have been making jeans in mexico for a long time . I remember when rock and republic jeans started making theirs in guatemala and lots of people where complaining .... what they didnt know was that those jeans where manufactured for straivht to discount outlets .
What if they are very old from before anyone knew who they were, they weren't yet overly popular and they didn't need to insert all the micro-print and threads, etc because noone was faking them yet? Did they do all that from day one? I was at the major TR outlet store in a large city just last month studying real vs fake and the quality of jeans there made me wince! If I saw those at a yard sale or online I would take one look and run the other way! They were far worse than any fake I've seen and the tags inside and out were totally different from anything I'd seen before. They were FULL of crooked and missing stitches, etc. selling for the usual outlet $149 price. Are these still even considered real? If so, I'd opt for wearing fake ones any day.
