Hey if I sent you some photos of a pair of True Religions that o purchased are you able to help my authenticate them? I have a guy on poshmark telling me they are fakes and after watching your video I am confident they are real but I still am not 100%. Thanks
1.) If the pair has 2/3 tags (missing the middle horseshoe tag) is it _guaranteed_ to be a fake? What if they're missing tags but they _do_ have the American Flag on the waist? 2.) I have pairs with faded Buddha stamps on the pockets in/out. Does fading indicated fakeness or is that just normal wear and tear?
My fav trues are ricky and billy I haven’t gotten a pair of billys yet but I will in the future because I like boot cuts. Super T is also the way to go, I love the flaps on them.
Those are not selvedge denims, those stitches you showed in the pant legs are serger stitches which hold together the non-selvedge denim. Selvedge denim fabric is self sealed by the loom or "self" "edged" so that no stitching is needed to maintain the fabric's integrity, ie. no need for serged edges with a machine during garment construction. Few modern denims still use selvedge looms, going for modern higher output looms instead.
I bought some true religion straight from the website and they don’t have all that extra tags and it say made in china straight from the true religion website idk y it didn’t come like them 🤦♂️🤦♂️
true religion got bought by a different company awhile back which ruined the quality but kept the price… that’s why you want to look for the things shown in this video to find an old pair
@@slime-disease well I got the receipt on my email so ppl can’t say they fake and the picture of how the pants look u know but still it’s just the fact that they should have keep it the way it was if they was going to charge a lot 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
i got a pair of vinted and i can’t find the exact pair on safari they have the right buttons and stitching but on the back they have multiple horseshoe stitches does someone know what pair they could be?
i have a quesition do they make true religion zipper hoodies style 107685 in gray? it says made in bangladesh and oooks authentic but on the website they only sell it in red and im confused someone help
Now that is a very interesting video when I’m here in the UK. I only buy my true religion jeans from the big shops in London, like Selfridge’s or Harrods or online from true religion itself. I travel to Thailand a lot and I’m very wary of the T-shirts. I have many of my own I bought one, knowing it was a fake. It was difficult for me to tell we compared it in our hotel room they’re getting better . The fake industry costs manufactures billions, especially in the fake watch market with Rolex and high-end expensive watches. Good video though thank you .
It is possible that they changed the tag in some way in new versions. This guide talks about the classic true religion jeans, but look at all the other aspects and if they seem right and have the quality it should be real.
Your complete True Religion Jeans Guide. Have a look in the video description for timestamps. Any questions? Just ask here in the comments section.

thanks for the clarification.
Definitely have selvedge denim. Do your homework. They don’t carry raw denim which is a whole different subject.
nice video! what do you think would be a good fit for these type of jeans
the one that I got has a back patch that isn't cloth its some synthetic silicon like material Is that bad
U cook yes
a question, all true religion must have the logo of the brand on the zipper?
No, I have two pairs with zippers and on both of them it says "YKK".
No it doesn't have to
I´ve got a question, can i wear women trueys? does it look worse or can it fit on a male?
I feel like there might be a difference so their ass looks better idk like high waisted or sum
its all about preference. They are obviously differences in Size.
