Correct me if I'm wrong, looked like the Bikeman 4 seat car and the turbo Pro R had paddles or 360s on the front while the tuned Mav R had ribbed fronts. That has to figure in somewhat IMO. Dallin has mentioned his front 360s as an advantage over Chad's fronts several times before.
I've put 1200 miles on my turbo pro r with zero issues, aftermarketassassins kit. I run 16 psi on e85 at dunes and 8 psi and pump gas in the woods. The car on 16 psi is very fast.
Great video. I will say the Bikeman 2 seater got the MavR with the tune in the whoops, looks like the MavR had to lift. Those cars are about the same speed IMO. Not sure why you doubted the 2-seat Aftermarket Assasin turbo car against the 4-seat Bikeman car. That 4-seat had a lot more weight

Stroker motor has been taken out of bikeman car and stock motor with head and cams were put in. This for around $3500 not $15k and mav r cost way more then the pro r so have to put that in the equation too.
Without a runup those whoops really kill the Mav R, even with shock work done. For the work and price the Mav R with evo tune wins in my opinion. I have a big turbo x3 and on the next car I don't want to do anything engine performance wise other than a tune.

He said he was 100 over stock, but what you are saying makes more sense. It wasn’t a whole lot faster. I raced him one time as well, he was about 2 car lengths ahead of me at the top.

Honestly the stock Mav R is extremely capable in the dunes. Being able to stay on the back wheel of a 1200 HP sand car is not bad!
What fuel/tune level was the evo mav r on ?
I think one was on 100 octane other e85
I believe Dom Majors is running the 100 OCTANE tune from EVO, not the “100Hp tune” as stated.

I think evos 100 octane tune was 260ish rwhp
But this one costs more and that one is just better, who cares all those cars are quite incredible and id be happy with any of them!
