If F1 has telemetry data for every race and EA has licensing contract with them, why can’t they use each driver’s driving style and combine it with machine learning as drivatars in the game. It will be realistic to see Leclerc hitting the wall in the game and Verstappen undefeatable unless on the easiest setting (but still challenging)
I feel the SAME way. They should put more emphasis on the driver ratings with the cars...not seeing sainz or Perez on pole every other race. The driver ratings should really matter when it comes to the top team cars so there's a realistic grid start
Before the copse you can shift down one gear and with this you have a much better exit

They way you defend is also impossible in real life.. you just completely block them when they seem to be going quicker. The red arrows mean you can’t make a move anymore in that direction because the other car is too close

You should use the 8th gear less… it saves you 2/3 tens per lap

I’ve noticed 110 ai is a lot slower in this years game. I’m not a very quick driver but I tend to use 100 ai in races (not qualifying), but I’ve noticed the 110 ai aren’t too much quicker than me. Last years game they were at least 5 tenths quicker but now it’s only 2-3 tenths in quali
Would like to know your thoughts on how F2 compares to last years game.
To defent against the AI you have to pump in all your ers like they do in the first 3 laps. after that they lose a lot of pace und you actually have a chance to compete with them. I think the AI needs a reshape in near future..
Would probably be more telling to do equal performance. I mean, the RB should be gaining on you pretty significantly in a straight line, and even the Aston should be quicker. Maybe not to THAT extent, but it's not entirely unrealistic for the RB to me gaining massively on a Merc in a straight line...
You just run them out off the road most times. you can race them fairly and accept being overtaken

@@maxverstacrayon8367 Exactly, 9 out of 10 content creators just taken absolute liberty when racing against Ai. You know, something like dive bombing in ways that they would never do in a clean online race, then complain about the Ai being dirty after they turned in on them.

@@maxverstacrayon8367 I think it is most people tbh, they race vs AI like this their whole lives and cannot adapt. I prefer to race cleaning even at the cost of worse results myself.
this was simply an awful testiment of the ai, dude turns into the ai, start 20th and expect to hit the same brake point as if he was first into the first corner.
One thing slowing you down is shifting into 8th gear too early, as it has no acceleration, so you need to max out 7th gear as much as possible .
Great video. I am new to racing games with pedal and wheels. But, I cannot even beat AI at 65%, AI just seems to pull away, and if I try and catch I'll make a mistake, I'll blame age!!
Maybe I should have some tuition, but I'm so far off the pace its ridiculous.

A race in cockpit cam, please!
The ai on this game is a bit broken for instance I had a vsc at Baku yesterday so a slow down but the car behind me carried on driving as if there was no vsc and pushed me into a wall he was 1 second behind me and just rammed me 😂. Even when I was in the wall they kept there throttle down on me weird
Is everyone trail braking? Only a few years into a wheel pedal setup from a pad controller and it’s a struggle.

I wish folks would race against the AI like they were human, so many bad habits I see in this, ie hitting them from behind, blocking them, dive bombs that rely on their coding to avoid you, the spin at 3:15, was an attempted block for instance.
