I used to be the perfectionist, then I decided to turn off flashbacks and I became a lot more consistent and a lot quicker, too. I personally think flashbacks limit a player's potential as we tend to use it after every small mistake.

I give myself only a few just for the big mistakes
100%, after I quit f1 games and moved to ACC my driving has become so much better than I ever thought it would have. Learning control and consistency got me really high on the hot lap leaderboards

This is real like i know i had flash-back so i was pushing mhself at full and crashed almost every lap but now I prefer to wait the good moment to over take and I dont crash anymore

Try playing just Grand Prix races with limited rewinds and simulation damage and start from 20th in a Red Bull and slowly practice making your way up the field in a real racing manner. Don’t worry about winning perhaps but try to. Your race craft and pace and skill will go up immensely. Trust 😂
@@chrisanderson8313 very true because that's what's happening with me and ACC, but I would also like to make the argument that F1 22 isn't consistent enough for me to care about building world class skill. ACC on the other hand im extremely cautious.

As a Die-hard NASCAR fan, I would the "can't turn right" one is bullshit. You guys do realize Nascar does a lot more road courses than they used to back in the old days. We have anywhere from 6 to 7 road races on the schedule nowadays. So yes, we can turn right. This isn't the 80's and 90's anymore. The older jokes about Nascar don't apply anymore.
