  • Week 2. Welcome back to my channel. I am super excited to share my weight lost journey with you all. Losing 25, now 35 pounds (that pandemic got me too🤦🏽‍♀️) has been a struggle. I have stubborn fat so it takes me a minute to see any type of results, thanks to my endomorph body type, and when I do I tend to give up. Not this time! I am officially an ADFer (Alternate Day Faster).

    so freaking proud of you!
    It was so fun seeing you eat your meals on your feeding day, nowadays its actually exhausting for me to keep eating throughout the day, so I opt for OMAD when its time to refeed.
    You should have seen me yesterday when I ate half the salad in my bowl then pushed it off to the side, these words came out of my mouth "im done". my parents and everyone else were absolutely speechless.
    I've never had the feeling of satiety before... its always been eat until im ready to explode.
    this eating pattern changes you.

    Hey!! I'm in the fasting group too and saw your post. Yesterday was also my 1st fast day with ADF. I was doing OMAD before then so my body was used to 24 - 28 hour fasts, although I had only done that for 2 weeks prior to yesterday when I started ADF. My starting weight 2 weeks ago was 196. Current weight is 188. Today is a feast day!! Going out to dinner and looking forward to it. Lol.
    I'm struggling with two things: acid reflux issues as well as eating enough on feast days.
    So glad you're vlogging your journey so I can see your progress plus the accountability is awesome too!!! Good luck!!

      Thanks for being here Chandra. I have the same issue with eating enough on feast days. I’m working it out and will be Vlogging my experience. We will discover this journey together.

    Woo-hu ! Good for you. I have found if ya switch to low carb high fat diet, fasting becomes way easier.
