This market is partly one of the reasons I believe Budapest is one of the most beautiful cities in the world. As someone who's been there it's magical.
HelloOnepiece I studied at Corvinus for a semester back in 2012. It's a beautiful school. Try the little soup place called leves across from the market. They have four different soups every day and they're all amazing.
I went to this market a few years ago when I lived in Hungary. It's very pretty. Definitely worth a visit, even if just to look around. Budapest is definitely one of my favorite cities I have ever lived in and/or visited. And Hungarian the most impossible language to learn! 😂
When you actually go to uni next to it....and realize how fucking expensive it is....compared to other markets in Hungary. And the narrator has visited us in highscool once...was such boring presentation
Ooh ah this market is expensive because it is a charm for tourists, since it is easily accessible by tram, trolley, bus or simply by foot and is very close to the river and many hotels. the best markets are those you abruptly just stumble upon, i can assure you those will not be in the downtown/central districts. especially not around the castle or such tourist attractions. but don't be fooled - budapest is very cheap and affordable for tourists since hungarians usually do have a low income
when it comes to basic stuff like meat and vegetables so not the souvenir crap our market hall in the suburbs (Újpalota) is actually more expensive than this.
Olives? So small like on the right? After some thought I think carrots (on top left) or pickles (there is a kind of smiall cucumbers) with a seed of pepper to make a black dot.
imageez as far as i know it's cooked in vegetable oil, which is vegan and you can choose the classical garlic type, it's pretty good and there might be other vegan options too
the basic lángos topping that was favorized for many years was some garlic rubbed on it or some garlic oil, some tejföl ( kind of like sour cream ) and some cheese on it. After that they experimented with other toppings and maybe even went too far just as you saw in this video.
It is truely weird to see this video as a hungarian. I cannot decide if this is really cool for a non-hungarian or it's just paid marketing from our government.
its pretty cool , Hungary has a beautiful culinary tradition and it should be celebrated and marketed well. and such indoor markets are a good place to start at.

Brilliant, I'm visiting Budapest next week so will definitely check this out! That sausage bloke won't know what hit him.
I would rather recommend visiting the university next to it (Corvinus), it looks better....

Crake 3000 ft is 10 dollars

Just kidding, but this place looks very touristy...
I loved Budapest! Me and my wife had our honeymoon there! Best food and most beautiful people on earth

nonono that's megszentséghetetlenségeskedéseitekért :D:D
Yeah, hungarian is pretty hard to learn.
As a Finnish person, I only realized what a pain our shared grammar structure is while studying year of Hungarian 😂
I was in that market 3 days ago and it certainly did not look that clean, elegant and grand
I bypass it everyday, and its more like a tourist-bait, rather than a market
Honesty Hungarian style ??
"Hey, Zsófia. The market just got cleaned yesterday. We can film the video now."
Bojler eladó!
Loved this market. So many things to see and eat.
Man i remember the stench those pickled vegetables stalls had like it was yesterday. Beautiful market and city btw.
That looks satisfying and fresh too.
another high quality content ;D thank you / i am a huge fan of this channel
Even your sponsored content is soo good, keep churning out these gorgeous videos
I recommend you to film the Market of Józsefváros.
Just to confuse people where Hungary is on the map. :D
I was there a few years ago. Highly recommend the visit. Bought some paprika for my mom.
I've been there and it is wonderful!
I went there just to eat Lángos. I love Lángos, because it tastes like Chinese Youtiao (油条).
Szeretjük ezt a történetet! : )
I ate langos - it was really delicious, but I couldn't eat even half of it :')
I’ll be visiting this market on A Sunday. Is it open on weekends especially Sunday?
Nice Hungary food
I was in Budapest but didnt see this I feel sad now...

Wow. The food is freshly ripe. But isnt this a wet market?
What does a wet market mean?
dorcssa its like what in the video where vendors are individuals and the floor is mostly wet from all the washing
There is no washing during opening hours, or wetness. At least I've never seen that (not here or any other similar markets in Budapest)
dorcssa go google.
Ok, definitely not a wet market you would find in Asia, there is no watering or humidity involved.
I ♥️ Lángos
Wow,this video makes me hungry....
No pun or jokes intended
1:37 How did she made this smily faces in the jar?
Does she cut a place for a paprica as a smile or use thread?
What are eyes made of?
I think the eyes are made out of olives.
Olives? So small like on the right? After some thought I think carrots (on top left) or pickles (there is a kind of smiall cucumbers) with a seed of pepper to make a black dot.
Langos seems like a fun sandwich. Is it vegan, or you can choose the kind of meats?
imageez You can choose the toppings they put on it.

she says she must never say it but she just said it
Nice video about Hungarian foods. No multicultural fusion BS dishes like your videos about France, UK etc. Stay Hungarian!
0:32 Hector Salamanca is that you??
I was there :D
Beutiful
Eva is my market hall person.
I just watched an ad from the same chanell
The subtitles were kind of hard to follow.
It is way cleaner, than the actual interviews, these people speak without any order.
Got conned here
