It's dated. There needs to be internal remodeling on most of the rooms. And fireplaces can be a sign of needing heating and cooling updating too. Outside looks good. But why is the neighbor to he left right there. Needs more landscaping for privacy. At 8 mil. now you have money to spend om up-dating.
I usually don’t like bar set ups in great rooms and formal areas however this one is so well done that it just works. Crazy👍🏽 great floor plan overall. None of this house is “my style” it’s just something about it. WHOS THE BUILDER? Would love to see this floor plan In another elevation.
