I feel like the Prismatic Shard Lost Bundle trick is probably an intentional Easter Egg at this point.
Can you explain the joke behind it? This is my first time hearing anything about it
@@donuthole333 as was mentioned in the video, in older versions of Stardew, you could use green wallpaper instead of a prismatic shard to get the galaxy sword due to an oversight. In the current versions, when completing the final bundle in the game, the lost bundle, you can use some green wallpaper instead of a prismatic shard.
Since the oversight that allowed you to use green wallpaper in the desert got patched, the most logical explanation for why you can use green wallpaper instead of a prismatic shard in the Lost Bundle is that this time, it's an intentional Easter Egg by Concerned Ape, rather than a glitch or oversight when programming.

@@donuthole333 Ape used separate item ID numbers for wallpapers and/or furniture, and actual items. i'm assuming the green wallpaper worked in place of the prismatic shard because they had the same number (for their respective category), i know there's other exploits that worked in a similar way for the same reason

@@alexflygh2109 oh yeah they are so common in the skull caverns at a .1% drop rate from serpents and mummies
@@bird-scout They have a 4% drop rate from iridium nodes. So if you go on a good luck day and eat something that boosts luck like spicy eel, ginger ale or idealy magic rock candy, You can easily get atleast 5 if you have some stairs and explosives.
Once you get yourself a supply of bombs and a way to get luck boosting food prismatic shards are ez to get.

Clearly a magical gem with the ability to give you a powerful space sword is of equal power and importance as a wallpaper that is green, and that is why the Green Wallpaper can be used as a substitute for a Prismatic Shard.
are you sure the prismatic shard isn't the replacement for the green wallpaper?
@@proto-type3201 You're right. Perhaps the Green Wallpaper holds all the power, and the Prismatic Shard is simply a substitute for it. More research is needed.
Note that the Galaxy Sword is specifically transformed from the prismatic shard with the ancient powers, not just as an offering to space... so the ability for the green wallpaper to transform with the same power is important to this research.
(Ignore the fact that as of writing this, 1.6 released and effectively patched out all the linked ID items by giving every item its own ID.)

I remember trying to get the galaxy sword with the wallpaper and spent all my cash so I reset the day and never done exploits on my main save again.

You can duplicate objects with multiplayer mode just let 2 players hit the statue of perfection (or other stuff) with a pickaxe at the same time

There are actually three statues in different colours you can get. One from grandpa, one (statue of endless fortune)can bought from a guy at the casino and the last one is the statue of true perfection that you get from the completion tracker in Qi’s walnut room.

I actually did use the wallpaper for the galaxy sword, and I also used the wallpaper for the Dino egg in the incubator
That means you did these exploits before the update that patched it out ♡
Supposedly, 1.6 broke this, I can't confirm that yet tho.
Fun fact, easiest way to get 12 points is to eran 1 million gold for 7 points, complete the community center and view the completion cutscene for 3 points, get max friendship with your pet for 1 point, and get the skull/rusty key for the final point (each key gives one point individually so you can get both if you dont want to get your pet to max frienship)

Dunno if you ever mentioned it anywhere but I will write it here either way. If you go and buy a new chicken from Marnie, you can name it [74] and you will instantlly get a prismatic shard. Most people know abotu this, however, you can do this how many times you want. Meaning you can technically get a prismatic shard for 800 (and don't forget if you sell the chickens you WILL get some gold back) So all you have to do is get a new coop, go to Marnie and fill it with chickens named [74] and then go right away and sell them, you can get infinite prismatic shards. This could be used for many things, echantments, derocation, you could even sell them for even more money. I Just thought I would mention it in case people don't know and need prismatic shards but the grind for them is hard! :)

Another Easter egg similar to the green wallpaper glitch: You can get the altered variant of Lewis’ shorts by putting a staircase in your pants slot

@@mossycorpse a staircase turns lewis' trimmed lucky purple shorts if you put it into your pants slot. They work like the regular lucky purple shorts except with a few extra interactions

I recommend making sure that you don’t have any rings of magnesium and to fill your inventory with random stuff and leave one space. collect you statue of perfection then you place it down (or you place multiple lol) then you grab an item (preferably something you can throw away.) then you brake the statue, walk away, throw away that extra item and collect a new statue. Your old one/ones will still be laying there waiting to be picked up. I have an iridium farm with 10 of the statues. Hope this helps and if anyone has a easier way please tell me 😅

I remember on my first playthrough using all my money to buy the wallpaper catalogue, just so I could go cheat my way getting the galaxy sword. however I remember using like a dark starry wallpaper rather than the green. i also did the one duplication glitch where you have two players pick up an item at the same time or something like that, and became a multi millionaire in year 1. exploits are the best.

Fun fact: you can duplicate any machine that allows you to pick it up with your hand. Works best on controller though. Just have a friend join your save and have both of you stand next to the machine, with nothing in your hand, you should have nothing in your hand, with the empty slot selected not being the one that the machine will enter, your friend will be hovering over the slot that the machine can enter, count down from three, at 1 hold down the button to pick up the machine. It will drop 2 when it breaks
if you stand just before you leave a house and start swinging a sword (its easier withna dagger) you slowly clip through the door to leave and get out of bounds
anothe exploid i know of
1- naming pet or your self as a item code can get u a ton of hard to get item.. but only for profit..bcs item like fish cant be considered as fishing so you wont complete the fishing star...
2-item dup only work with multiplayer..easy description is both player pickup same item on top of a table have a high chance to dup it
3- multiplayer again.. at robin if both player hit build building at the same time u can build multiple building at the same time..
4- /recountnuts make computer re run command to re count the golden nuts even after u use it to buy galaxy soul and hit /recountnuts again to basicly cheat money..
but u do have to unlock mr qi room first

I learned of a duplication exploit. In Emily’s dye table if you put an item in then exit the dye thing while the item is still in the dye pots it’ll duplicate that item. (It has to be an item you can dye though. So no prismatic shards or items you can’t turn into dye)

On My main save i have a setup of 40 statues of Perfection and 100 furnaces, in an ingame week i can easily have 200k-300k just from irridium bars while i wait for casks and other crops.
Im playing stardew on my vita and another one is if you look up online for resource codes then you can make a character with these resource codes as a name and Everytime your name is spoken you get 1 of whatever codes you put in. Infinite money if you get the bartender to repeat your name
