Dr. Dray, I've come to realize that adequate sun protection really requires a lifestyle change. A lot of it I can comply with like reapplying sunscreen. But there's no way that I'm going to wear upf clothes, it is just too dang hot nowadays in this Texas heat!! Kudos to you for being able to do it! It takes dedication I'll tell you what!
I'm 35 and I have two spots of hyperpigmentation and a LOT more freckles on my left (driving, as you say) side of my face, and one white spot on my left forearm. I've always thought it was from driving. I've put 200,000 miles on cars over the years and no doubt that adds up to a lot of sun exposure. Thanks to your videos I have added sunscreen to my daily routine in the past few months of watching you. I wish I had found you sooner! Thanks for preaching the sunscreen gospel, you are making a positive impact on many lives!
Mara Schino my side window cost $175, windshield is $300. Go to a reputable company that does window tinting, not all film is the same and it can peel or bubble. This company I go to is local Kingpin, but they guarantee their work 100%, lifetime. There’re cheaper companies out there but I like quality and peace of mind
Lisa B I don’t know the brand, here’s their website kingpincaraudio.com . I do know that they’re exceptional in their craftsmanship and attention to details, as a matter of fact most car dealers around here subcontract with them. I just bought a new car and I’m scheduling my side window and windshield next week. I can’t afford to do the whole car, but my health is important and I drive quite a bit. I noticed a HUGE difference with just the driver side window and windshield done. Besides, the sun doesn’t reach me through the other windows
Mara Schino Check your local laws before you do this, a friend of mine actually was stopped by police and given a warning to get windshield film removed or she could get a ticket and a fine. (We live in RI.) Apparently this law was passed because film reduces visibility. My friend spent hundreds of $ to get the film removed.
Dr Dray, I am not sure how often you check comments on these older videos, but this one has tipped the balance and made me get an appointment with a derm. I am generally "pretty good" about sunscreen use on my face, but have not been very attentive to other areas of my body. I have lots of spots on my back which I haven't had looked at for a while, and a few on my face. I will be getting them checked out ASAP to make sure they are "sun spots" and not something more serious. You give us so much information; your channel is truly a goldmine. BTW, my teenage daughter has the light spots caused by yeast; or at least that is what the doctor diagnosed them as; I have a derm appointment for her in a couple of weeks. My son has the kind of skin that sunscreen is tested on: light as snow and strawberry blond hair. He is a teen and is pretty resistant to aggressive sunscreen. I have been trying to get my kids to watch your videos. I find them life changing.
Super-helpful as always! I appreciate you so much. Although I have a conservative, invested dermotologist, I also rely on your opinion and judgment regarding these conditions. Thank you!
I'm proud of you. I started sunscreen late 20s. We all need to start somewhere. If these videos from Dr.Dray were around earlier, I would have started years back. I was never convinced by, 'oh! Tanning is bad.' When tanning cleared my blemishes for a short time and I got more compliments. Just this time a year ago, I was sunbathing on my deck.
I started with daily SPF at age 18, but I wish I had known to reapply. While we're wishing, I wish I had used it daily since childhood. Oh well. We do the best with what we know.
I am so glad to discover your channel. I am learning so much from your vlogs! Thank you for taking the time to do this. I have so much skin problems for decades and finally working with an allergist and have appointment with a dermatologist. I am binge watching your videos!
I really enjoy your honest and very informative videos. I also appreciate that you do not wear make up in the majority of your videos. I cant take anyone serious, giving advice on skin care, that is wearing pound of make up. 'Hiding their problem area/areas' I am in my early forties and have melasma and very dark under eye circles. Your videos have given me hope! Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and time. 🙏 HAPPY NEW YEAR!! To a wonderful and happy 2020 for ALL!!!🎉
I have to comment this..I used a really oily body moisturiser today that I had bought last summer (before I found out about your videos) and I used it in order to finish it up! I then sat in my balcony for about 5-10 minutes, and I started getting red patches where the sun mostly hit me, in my legs!!! And then I went in and I read that it had Ficus carica which is fig, along with some other oils!! And I remembered you have said in your videos about figs in the beach!! What those people put in moisturisers!! I am so much more knowledgable about what I buy now, thank you for that dr. Dray🙌😁
That Rhoto skin aqua sunscreen you recommended for oily skin is a total game changer for me! I am so obsessed with it that I've had purchased 20 of it just to make sure lol. Thank you so much Dr. Dray!
This video came at a great time. I've been watching you and have stocked up on sunscreens, better late then never. My dark spots on my arms have seen bothering me and I've noticed they great darker in the sun (before I caked on the sunscreen). I came across this video and will start with over the counter creams.
I'm lucky that I don't have any dark spots ( l have always used sunscreen), except one that I had on top of my right hand, I ask my dermatologist and she suggested that I put a dab on my retinol cream on the back of my hand and up on my wrist it works very well you can see just a shadow of it now and it's about 4 months since I started. Once again thank you for all your good work helping us protect our tender skin !!
Hi Dr Dray, I love your contents so much its very helpful. It would be nice if you could discuss which actives like niacinamide or vit c or hydroquinone or bha/aha that may or may not be combine or use simultaneously in a routine. Thanks so much for sharing your knowledge and more power!
Dr. Dray, thank you for all of your knowledge that you very kindly share with us!! 😸 2 questions: how is the PRO Yellow laser for Melasma?... Can sunspots peel?
Thanks for another great Q&A! You've given me a lot to talk about with my dermatologist during my next visit. I'm finding that niacinamide, kojic acid, and licorice are lightening my hyperpigmentation quite a bit. Maybe I can add one more treatment to eliminate it completely! But the UVA protection plus iron oxides is not to be underestimated! I may be imagining it, but it seems that my hyperpigmentation fades faster now I've doubled up my sun protection (reapplying sunscreen plus using UPF clothing) on my ride home. I may look like a dork, but it's an investment! I have you to thank for that!
Hey Dr.Dray! Can you do a video about some waterproof sunscreens (specifically Japanese/Korean/European) that you recommend or could try for us? Thanks 🤓
Dear Dr. Dray, I'm portugues, a sunny country with a long atlantic coast. On my mid 30's I got rosácea. It was so bad and has such an impact on me that I've started to use, religiously, a mineral sunscreen and - me, such a beach lover, stopped going to the beach. Now, guess what? For being so sun screen concious, I have a huge lack of vitamin D. It would be very nice if you can talk a bit of this duality. Greetings from Lisbon!
Sun is not a safe way to obtain vitamin D. Confusion about the amount of vitamin D necessary to ward off deficiency has arisen in recent years as tests that measure levels in patients' blood have become widely used. The measurements of sufficiency and deficiency - the cutpoints - that clinical laboratories use to report test results have not been based on rigorous scientific studies and are not standardized. This lack of agreement means the same individual could be declared deficient or sufficient depending on which laboratory reads the test. There may be an overestimation of the number of people with vitamin D deficiency because many labs appear to be using cutpoints that are higher than the evidence indicates are appropriate. Based on available data, almost all individuals get sufficient vitamin D when their blood levels are at or above 20 nanograms per milliliter as it is measured in America, or 50 nanomoles per liter as measured in Canada. This information is taken from the institute of medicine...here is the reference: www.nationalacademies.org/hmd/Reports/2010/Dietary-Reference-Intakes-for-Calcium-and-Vitamin-D.aspx
Dr Dray - Thank you, Dr. Dray. Well, now I have no idea what to do. My doctor told me me my déficit was so big that I took 3 pills of colecalciferol 22.400 U.I (??) , 1 each week instead of 1 per month. I have another box of 3 that I should have started today 1 per month...
Dr. Dray thank you for your straightforward no nonsense approach. Today I got sunburn on arms forgot and tend not to put sunscreen on my arms, I get rash like symptoms, itchy, red and small bumps! Note to self put sunscreen! And or put sleeve thingys you showed or a light cardigan! :-)
Thanks for another awesome and helpful video Andrea!! I can't express enough gratitude for the improvement in my skin, and it's only going to get better! Much love 💓
Love how educational your videos are. Can you do one on how to treat sagging skin? Other than the usual sunscreen/antioxidant over-the-counter skin care, what do you think of e.g. RF/HIFU/Ulthera/Thermage/newer treatments?
EmpressBeauty That's great if you're seeing results! Make sure you tell your dr that you're using it though. The FDA released a paper stating that high doses of biotin can affect certain bloodwork results, cancer screenings and false negatives/false positive pregnancy tests. My endocrinologist informed me of this during my routine thyroid check and said he'd have to analyze the results a bit differently bc of it.
I have lots of sun spots and white spots. I grew up in the desert, plus I have freckles and fair skin. I didn’t realize I needed sunscreen on more than my face until my 50’s. Better late than never I guess. Thanks for the explanation of the white spots, I wondered about them.
Your videos are extremely helpful!! I am so happy that your channel has been developing and subscriptions increasing, because you are providing invaluable information. You are doing a great job. Keep it up!
Thank you Dr. Dray!! I thought I was hopeless getting rid of a rather large sunspot on my jawline (I’m only 24 😬)! Thank you for inspiring better sun protection in each of your videos- I know my skin is grateful 🌞
I have SK II and it’s really working but it’s very expensive 😭 I got so many compliments that my skin is so bright and i don’t wear makeup. I should look for kojic acid next 😉
Hi Dr Dray! Thanks for all the information you give us, always so interesting. Could you please talk about vitiligo, my mother and her sister have had it since they were young, my mother is now 88 years old. I would like to know how the treatment of this disease has changed. thank you very much!
This was a very helpful video. I know you've done extensive videos on moisturizing and dry skin, but I'm wondering if you could do a video specifically targeting dehydrated skin. As someone who's on a lifetime medication that exacerbates dehydration systemically (at least for now....new trials of a revised medication are underway!), I have trouble with this. I follow recommendations of moisturizing and use good proven methods, but it almost feels like nothing penetrates and just sits on top. I see dry vs dehydrated a lot but then only dryness is addressed. I live in humid Florida so I can imagine this would be helpful for the desert-based crowd as well.
Hey Dr Dray! Since finding your channel about 9 months ago I changed my skin routine. I am 47 years old and was on the band wagon of buying the expensive (so called...Anti-aging products.) I now only wash my face with the Cerave Hydrating Cleanser and use the Cerave PM face lotion and the Cerave AM face lotion with sunscreen. Do you feel this is an adequate skin regimen for my age? Or is there something else you would suggest I add. I have sensitive/Rosacea skin.
Thanks for another great Friday Q&A! I’m currently using the cosrx nourishing rice mask and really enjoy it. It will definitely be a repurchase. I also bought the meladerm and I’m trying it out but too soon to tell if any results.
I have had BBL, broadband light, laser treatment on dark sunspots damage on the driving side of my face, in my cosmetic surgeon’s office, Dr. Wulc (he has a RUclips site). It works GREAT. They are gone. As I have told by him, his office and Dr Dray - sunscreen, Elta MD, tinted, spf 41. I am a converted believer.
This is very helpful. I am wondering if you can go into if there are any benefits to steaming the face such as loosening up debris in pores. Thank you for any consideration.
I have a tiny dark patch on my left cheek, and two on my left jawline. I just started using differin nightly about a week or so ago, and I already see these spots getting lighter.
Hi Dr. Dray, what is your opinion on the use of liquid nitrogen (applied by a dermatologist of course) for the treatment of sun spots? I have had this treatment in the past with good success.
Karen Walker, I'm curious about this as well. My dermatologist starts zapping my face, arms, and hands with liquid nitrogen as soon as he enters the room!
My dermatologist does this as well. Get great results but it doesn’t last forever. Also, apparently if they do it too aggressively there is a risk of scaring
Thanks for all the info, as always! I’m curious about your thoughts on the Obagi Nu Derm system for age spots? I recently saw a dermatologist regarding my hyperpigmentation and she recommended a series of BBL laser treatments along with the whole obagi system. I’m definitely doing the bbl, but am torn in the obagi, as it’s so expensive and I already have my skincare routine dialed in. Thx! 😊
Hello Dr.Dray! I'm not sure if I have sunspots or melasma...perhaps both. I have accepted them since I'm afraid to use products to diminish them. Now, I love my sunscreen!
It's funny that you mentioned rice and kojic acid. The older generation in Japan used to keep the water from rinsing rice and would splash it on their faces to brighten their skin.
Melody Dejesus lol! “Deadly” is a bit overkill (no pun intended)...I see the most harm to people diy-ing skincare ingredients, trying for “natural” approaches, and self treating presumed and inaccurate self-diagnoses
Dr Dray I pass so many of your vlogs along to friends that ask skincare question. Have to thank you for featuring Differin Spf 30. I almost gave up on sunscreen and Im cery fair( breakouts/ heavy products/ doesn’t set well under foundation) , but I can slather myself with Differins spf 30 with no issues! And I do use a lot more after watching your application tips!😎
I've had sunspots removed by same dermatologist twice using liquid nitrogen and switched to another dermatologist and he suggested seeing an esthetician and have them removed with a lamprobe machine which I did. I've learned my lesson to use sunscreen.
Hi!! Really good video! As always. Can you do a video about keratosis? It would be so important, because there are millions of people suffering from it, including me (I have one spot at my hairline). Thanks!!❤️
Growing up in Southern California and having a Latina mother, we grew up using “Concha Nacar de Perlop” products. The cream was a mask you put on for about an hour to treat acne and “Manchas” (dark spots). Latinas swear by this cream; but seems kind of harsh now in looking at the ingredients (glycerine, zinc oxide, ground barley, water, oyster shell powder, lemon juice, honey, witch hazel, bentonite, Irish moss powder, salicylic acid, fragrance). What is your take on this Latina skincare product that can now be found at California Walmarts in the ethnic section?
This happens to me now too, on my forearms mostly, if I get the teeniest bit of a tan. The only good thing is that now, even if I wanted to get a tan, I can’t, because of the white spots. Doesn’t look very attractive.
Thanks Dr Dray! Informative...as always 😊. I have a lot of sun spots on my hands (for my age). I’ve been diligent with the sunscreen lately and considering purchasing the sun protective sleeves that you featured. Seems most of the otc products mentioned aren’t sold in Canada (at least to my knowledge). Thanks again and happy Friday!! 😁
Thank you. I have sensitive skin with rosacea on my face (moderate) & most sunscreens burn my eyes. Can you tell me one I can wear on my face that would be gentle and not burn my eyes. 💜
Dr. Dray, I request you to talk about the topic tan removal. In India (being an Asian country), having a tan is mostly not appreciated, not for medical reasons, just because whiter skin is worshipped here. I swear, I can find at least a hundred videos on RUclips on how to remove tan. Most of them tell to apply some kind of concoction on the skin, and some even suggest scrubbing with it to remove tan. In my opinion, forcefully trying to remove tan, is pointless and also harmful to the skin as it make it more sensitive. Could you please address from a dermatologist's point of view.
EmpressBeauty I have kind of a permanent tan on my hands due to constant sun exposure in my early childhood days. I personally don't have any issue with it. Why I addressed this issue here is there are many hacks promoted by RUclipsrs that promise to remove tan in a few days. I think these unhealthy practices but unfortunately these people have lots of followers who get influenced by this and try it out. Whenever I get a tan now, it fades I off automatically in a months, I wouldn't do anything other than applying SPF as you said.
Can you please suggest reef safe sunscreens? I believe all of the ones mentioned are not safe for the oceans, rivers, and lakes. I'd like to protect myself and the environment from the chemicals. ty
I have terrible sun spots all over my arms, neck, and chest from too much sun and little protection over the years. My face is surprisingly pretty clear though, but I think that's from habitually wearing ball caps all the time! I always got to have my cap on!
I realized that most (almost all) baby sunscreens are water resistant. Adults need to use makeup removal to take off water resistant sunscreens. Is that necessary for babies and toddlers? If not, will those water resistant sunscreens screens leave residuals on kid's skin? The k you for making all these awesome videos.
Thank you for all your informative videos. I've followed your routines and can see fabulous results. I love the meathod of using hado labo and moisturizer the way you suggested. Also the CeraVe healing ointments.totally fixed my dry skin which is 75 percent of my face. I use MD complete, differin and CeraVe SA wash for my dark spots& acne and am seeing results. The cosrx rice mask and CeraVe pm work so well together. Everything you've u have mentioned is PERFECT. Won't be wasting my money on useless stuff from Sephora and other $$$ stores for no reason. I'll be seeing a dermatologist next week to get tretoin and that will be the best $$ purchase. Vitamin c is ok, bit like you said the other stuff mentioned is more than enough. Thank you sooooo much. I've been struggling so long and wasting a lot of money on products that caused my dry skin. Oh and btw niacin from the ordinary is wonderful with my moisturizer as an added bonus. Doesn't pill when using it combined. I did not forget SUNSCREEN. Using it every 2 hours religiously. Thanks Doc
What do you think about Astaxanthin as a supplement? It seems to have some research suggesting that it protects skin from uv damage. love your videos xx
That happened to a friend of mine recently! She told me that she went to a derm to talk about some sun spots and strange white bumps that were on her arm and she said that all of a sudden the dermatologist got very serious and told her that those bumps were pre-cancerous and they needed to remove them right away.
Do you have a video about specifically Melasma (due to birth control use, etc)? I began to have melasma on my cheeks about 2 years ago and was told it was to years of birth control due to hormones. I currently use the ordinary hyperpigmentation routine but have not seen results, I have been prescribed hydroquinone but I’m afraid this will cause even more issues. Thank you
I was prescribed a 4% hydroquinone cream by my dermatologist to treat my dark/sunspots. Just started it last week. I hope it works well! I would love to get a laser treatment, but I can't afford it :/
Dr. Dray. I went to Walmart after watching one of your vlogs :).. I picked up an Equate item(Walmart brand) , their version of Cerave Moisturizing Lotion. It has Iodopropynyl butylcarbamate in the end of the ingredient list. Is this a toxic ingredient? Thank you! And thanks to your vlogs, I've been obsessed about applying sunscreen :) Thank you!!!
She’s a doctor she probably doesn’t even need the money she could get from RUclips but she still chooses to give us so much of her knowledge thank you so much for taking time to share what you know. Thank you very much !!b
If she doesn't need money, why she is doing the video? It likes wanting write a book to help people but not want sell it, it giving away.

Love how educational your videos are. Can you do one on how to treat sagging skin? Other than the usual sunscreen/antioxidant over-the-counter skin care, what do you think of e.g. RF/HIFU/Ulthera/Thermage/newer treatments?
As always very informative, would appreciate your opinion on eyelash serums.
another thing not to buy, lol
EmpressBeauty That's great if you're seeing results! Make sure you tell your dr that you're using it though. The FDA released a paper stating that high doses of biotin can affect certain bloodwork results, cancer screenings and false negatives/false positive pregnancy tests. My endocrinologist informed me of this during my routine thyroid check and said he'd have to analyze the results a bit differently bc of it.
but why Dr.? So many people see great results with fuller longer lashes and fuller eyebrows. Why shouldn't we buy it please? Health reasons?
Castor oil
I have lots of sun spots and white spots. I grew up in the desert, plus I have freckles and fair skin. I didn’t realize I needed sunscreen on more than my face until my 50’s. Better late than never I guess. Thanks for the explanation of the white spots, I wondered about them.
The desert sun is potent. Hope you had a nice weekend Ms Sherry
My daughter told me about you. I subscribed! Love your content.
thanks for watching! hope you are having a nice weekend
:)
All your information is always VERY helpful😊 thank you Dr Dray👒👒👒👒👒👒🌎
I have SK II and it’s really working but it’s very expensive 😭 I got so many compliments that my skin is so bright and i don’t wear makeup. I should look for kojic acid next 😉
The Galm Spice what is that product and what it’s helpful for
@@ritasharqawi7367 Kojic acid is an active ingredient. You can find it in many different products, including SK II.
Hi Andrea! Love you! Tell me more about treatment of the "white spots" my 14 yo daughter has these on her forearms. What to do? Thank you!
Hi Dr Dray! Thanks for all the information you give us, always so interesting. Could you please talk about vitiligo, my mother and her sister have had it since they were young, my mother is now 88 years old. I would like to know how the treatment of this disease has changed. thank you very much!
Once again....another Great Video! You’re so helpful! Sun spots are the worst....I’m going to try a couple of these suggestions....😎👩🌾
Happy Friday!
This is such a helpful video! I am getting pretty good results of otc Differin and lots of sun screen.
Susanmcf1 can diffren help with mild melasma
@@ritasharqawi7367 It didn't affect mine at all. I still have melasma.
susanmcf1 😔😢😢
Thanks for another great Friday Q&A! I’m currently using the cosrx nourishing rice mask and really enjoy it. It will definitely be a repurchase. I also bought the meladerm and I’m trying it out but too soon to tell if any results.
i have been impressed with meladerm in alot of people i have seen use it...i dont love the cost, however
I have had BBL, broadband light, laser treatment on dark sunspots damage on the driving side of my face, in my cosmetic surgeon’s office, Dr.
Thank you for any consideration.
there is not...this just makes your face red and dry later
I have a tiny dark patch on my left cheek, and two on my left jawline. I just started using differin nightly about a week or so ago, and I already see these spots getting lighter.
Chainsaw Kitten I’m thinking of trying the Differin for sunspots on my neck. Are you still using it and like it?
Thanks!
Yes, I have many circular scars from dermatologist and what I call the blow torch. So cold it burns!
Thx! 😊
Dr Dray, what are your thoughts on Dermal infusion in-clinic? Is it good for cleaning pores and hydrating skin?
no....it is not
Another great video - Thankyou. The Ordinary has a very affordable Azelaic Acid.
:)
Hello Dr.Dray! I'm not sure if I have sunspots or melasma...perhaps both. I have accepted them since I'm afraid to use products to diminish them. Now, I love my sunscreen!
:)
Hi Dr. Dray, can you please make a video about the differences between frecles, sun spots and malasma? Thanks in advance.
i have discussed that in other Q&As
Dr Dray Thank you! As usual very informative. ❤️
Thank you so much for doing this video!!!! You are absolutely wonderful Dr. Dray!!!🌺💐🌷🌹😘
Thanks!
It's funny that you mentioned rice and kojic acid. The older generation in Japan used to keep the water from rinsing rice and would splash it on their faces to brighten their skin.
:)
I had my first lettucewich with the black bean patty, omg sooo good👌
I hope they don't go out of business..they make the best black bean burger
Hi Dr. Dray! Would you talk about deadly ingredients in our skincare? Thank you! 👍😁
Melody Dejesus lol! “Deadly” is a bit overkill (no pun intended)...I see the most harm to people diy-ing skincare ingredients, trying for “natural” approaches, and self treating presumed and inaccurate self-diagnoses
Perfect. I need a break and your video always relaxes me & educational to boot.
Happy Friday!
Niacinamide.... How did I miss that's good for redness! SWEEEEET ❤️
I love your Friday Q&A videos! I hope that you have a great weekend!
Happy weekend!
Thanks Dr. Dray! Very helpful 💜 have a good weekend 👍
Love your Q&A always learn so much. Thank you!
Thanks!
Thank you for sharing your plethora of info!!!
Amy Galvin thanks for watching
Dr Dray I pass so many of your vlogs along to friends that ask skincare question.
Have to thank you for featuring Differin Spf 30. I almost gave up on sunscreen and Im cery fair( breakouts/ heavy products/ doesn’t set well under foundation) , but I can slather myself with Differins spf 30 with no issues! And I do use a lot more after watching your application tips!😎
Do you treat the white spots the same same way as the dark spots?
I've had sunspots removed by same dermatologist twice using liquid nitrogen and switched to another dermatologist and he suggested seeing an esthetician and have them removed with a lamprobe machine which I did. I've learned my lesson to use sunscreen.
Rachel Coan sunscreen and sun protection pay off
Hi!! Really good video! As always. Can you do a video about keratosis? It would be so important, because there are millions of people suffering from it, including me (I have one spot at my hairline).
Thanks!!❤️
Grace Martinez I have a video that discussed Seborrheic keratosis
Very helpful information, thank you for sharing.
What is your take on this Latina skincare product that can now be found at California Walmarts in the ethnic section?
it can be probelmatic...lemon juice is not good on the skin...especially when exposed to the sun
For the first time of my 43 years of life, today I have noticed that I have small white sun spots all over my arms!!! 😶😶😶😶😶
This happens to me now too, on my forearms mostly, if I get the teeniest bit of a tan. The only good thing is that now, even if I wanted to get a tan, I can’t, because of the white spots. Doesn’t look very attractive.
Exactly the topic on my mind yesterday...thanks Dr Dray!
:)
I've used colorescience face suncream and it's lovely and doesn't sting my eyes
I was told by my dermatologist that hydroquinoin does not treat solar lentigens but malasma. He said it might lighten just a bit but not much.
Aloha Ms Andrea! I really enjoyed watching this video! As always, such great info! Happy Friday! 🤙🏻❤️
Happy Friday!
How I love your vocab! Thank you for this video.
Could you please address from a dermatologist's point of view.
yeah, dont do any of that...very bad for many reasons
Dr Dray I think you have many viewers from Asia who are obsessed with this. It would be really beneficial if you addressed this in a video.
EmpressBeauty thanks for the detailed information ☺️
Thanks so much this is a great video especially since it is getting hot out
happy friday
So informative! Thank you Dr. Dray.
M Frederick thanks
Great topic!!!!! Enjoyed this!!
Thanks!
Dr Dray, how long before I notice results from using Retin A ? I'm on strongest dose. Thank you!
We are so grateful for you!
Hello Dr Dray. I was wondering if there is a way to treat sun spots and bumpy skin at the same time ?
Enjoyed ;)👍🏼 Very helpful info!! Thanks!! Happy Friday;)🤠🐶
Susan Bochy Happy Friday
Susan Bochy Happy Friday 😊
I realized that most (almost all) baby sunscreens are water resistant. Adults need to use makeup removal to take off water resistant sunscreens. Is that necessary for babies and toddlers? If not, will those water resistant sunscreens screens leave residuals on kid's skin? The k you for making all these awesome videos.
no
Like your headbands. I need some that keep hair off my face and don't slip off. Which brand do you buy? Let me know so I can buy through you :)
walmart
Thanks Doc
:)
I have horizontal depressed line right across each eyebrow ...will collagen help them,,,it gives me a cranky look ...thanks Dr Dray......
What do you think about Astaxanthin as a supplement? It seems to have some research suggesting that it protects skin from uv damage. love your videos xx
dont recommend
why?
That happened to a friend of mine recently! She told me that she went to a derm to talk about some sun spots and strange white bumps that were on her arm and she said that all of a sudden the dermatologist got very serious and told her that those bumps were pre-cancerous and they needed to remove them right away.
very important to get them checked, for sure
Do face peels such as the ones found at Sephora work for fading sun spots? Such as the Dr. Dennis Gross peel?
Dr. Dray, aside for wearing sunscreen, can you make any suggestions for improving the appearance of Poikiloderma of Civatte, particularly the redness?
How do you feel about freezing sunspots?
Using Md complete dark spot corrector on face. Just wondering why you didn’t mention that? Thanks Dr Dray for all your recs
Love your videos do A PrP Microneedling video or using plasma i would love to know what u think of it
Do you have a video about specifically Melasma (due to birth control use, etc)?
Thank you! And thanks to your vlogs, I've been obsessed about applying sunscreen :) Thank you!!!
no
So is there anything cream or laser that helps the white spots?
loving Hada Labo!!!!! thank you
Always helpful! Thank you!
Happy weekend Dr.Dray. Love you 😍😀😙🤗😘❤️😘🤗❤️❤️❤️❤️😘❤️👌👌👌👌❤️👌 ❤️
