The second house is perfect, like the dimensions and the colors used in the house and the little shots of the neighborhood looks like it has a lot of green spaces and the pool is rectangular and backyard is also perfectly sized, and the backyard looks like its on the palm beach, where you have those million dollar mansions

I would check areas that are not the "real suburbs" but aren't "downtown/midtown" either. In my area we have several residential neighborhoods that are 5-15 minutes from downtown/midtown, have WAY more character, and are still family centric. you kind of get the best of both worlds. no "preserve" and its expensive, but it sounds like what you might be looking for.
