this looks amazing. Would like to know whether if i would pipe it in moulds and freeze it for a day or two....defrost it later and consume, will it affect the texture in a significant way ? or it will be fine. Appreciate the kind advise !

It is temperature sensitive since it is already cooked with the final product is formed. If you heat it, it will melt a bit. However, you can always bake the pastry shell separately and then fill it with the pate!

Did you not pay attention to the beginning of the video when they show that you use trim from the belly and tail to make the pate?
Actually, they took the trimming part of a fish which is left over after portioning out fillets to make a product. You're pretty stupid, you know that?
