    Click-bait is disgusting. The title is "urgent warning" and the demonstrated photo is the line "Adelaide" going down. Then the video said the price will go up. This is such a dishonest person who makes misleading video caption just to attract viewers.

    Chinese buyers. They’re the ones with the money. If it wasn’t for them the market would have tanked long time ago!! Or made housing more affordable however you wish to look at it.

    Its amazing here my 4 rental propertys are absolutely booming i could sell up and literally retire at 36. Covid was the greatest thing to happen. I lived tight saved my money and invested young and it payed off....

    What about Melbourne property market ! I recently purchased a 1.5 mil property in mount Waverley, Melbourne. How does the future looks like in here ? Core logic data says it’s gonna go up

      the only driver Melbourne has now is home buyers for next 10 years, so dont expect much in Melbourne like other states

    Want to increase supply? Lower rules on capital gain tax and there will be a good number of investors that will be ready to list their properties for sale.
    Another option is to monitor and tax accordingly properties on short term leases that could benefit the strong demand we are facing

    The end of the auto manufacturing industry in Adelaide supposedly destroyed Adelaide in 2017. It seems to have rebounded very well.

    20 year old with $1,000 in the bank. It'll take them 20 years to save enough for a deposit on a unit in Sydney. property is too expensive at the moment. Only a very few have the where with all to buy them

      @@multi-k2894 WTF? Why would you think you can get a grant from the govt for Australians when you're not an Australian ie a PR or Citizen. Go buy a house in your own country and make it unaffordable there.
