[FLIGHT TAKEOFF] United 737 MAX 9 - ECONOMY PLUS Trip from BWI to Chicago O'Hare

BWI-ORD: My first time flying a 737 MAX on a US carrier. My only other 737 MAX flight was on a LOT Polish 737 MAX8. I was definitely happy to be back onboard one. I booked my ticket in Economy Plus, which compared to Delta was quite disappointing. I found the legroom to be a very little improvement over economy. The fantastic engine view made up for this negative aspect. The 737 MAX engines sound so good. The rumbly startup is great, sounds like a much bigger engine than it is.
We had great weather in Baltimore and the takeoff was into the sun, which lit up the engine as we arrived on the runway. I couldn't have asked for better circumstances. Overall the flight was comfortable with a few bumps here and there. This version of the aircraft didn't have any seat-back screens; another reason why I prefer Delta. Inflight service was quite standard for a domestic carrier. All-in-all, nothing spectacular on this flight, other than being on the 737 MAX 9.
