    I have a 2011 Tucson everything is good but I feel the suspension isn't good, specially rear suspension. My friend told me that every tucson has bad suspension system. Is it true or do I have to bring it to a garage to check it?

    Good Day Sir. I have a 2009 model Tucson automatic. It's suspension needs replacement and the car is already lifted. What can you recommend for new suspension? Need also to increase height of the car coz wen we went into the farm bottom part gets hit. Is coilovers advisable dor Hyundai Tucson?

    • @hyundaitech

      I think i saw some aftermarket support for lift for those models, check the online. Most i see about coilovers is when you lower the car. Maybe im mistaken . Hope that helps

      Well if theres no signs of damage yeah coz its way different than the front where the mount has a bearing and it turns everytime but yeah if you can reuse it, it should be okay.

    Can you please help me out here I have this noise from the rear of my Tucson 2017, and they checked everything and everything is tight, I am guessing it the shocks and the shocks push back when you push them down, but when I drive on uneven road it just really bothers me very constant noise. What does bad shocks sound like.

    • @hyundaitech
      @hyundaitech  2 года назад

      When shocks is very bad they can make knocking noise. Sometimes a soft thumping and some instances it can make squeaking noise. Where do you usually here the noise? Sometimes diagnosing suspension or trim noise can be difficult and challenging. How about the stabilizer links on the back, if its rattle noise on uneven surface maybe you can put some tape on the trunk latch maybe you can start eliminating some components that are moving during those situation. If its like squeaking type noise especially when you are turning , check the spoiler on the trunk sometimes the mounting nuts are not properly secured. Hope that helps, let me know

      it took a while for the mechanic to investigate same thing on my tucson 2016. Eventually just before giving up he observed the shock bushing. Apparently it is a common issue. The solution would be to replace the whole perfectly working shock. Still investigating the option to replace the bushing, even though it is not meant to come as a spare part.

      I know, right? I own a 2017 and the front strut bearings already went bad as well as the rear camera completely corroded to nothing. I'm going to replace all of the shocks while I'm changing the bearings because I just don't think they will last more than another year.

    I got a 2013 Hyundai Tucson, and everytime I go into a deep gutter or go over high bumps in the road I hear a creaking sound from my left rear wheel. Also from the front end when am driving I hear a knock Sound from the front along with a thump sound under the front floor of the vehicle. What is your opinion on these issues?

    • @hyundaitech
      @hyundaitech  2 года назад

      Creaking you mean? First try to fold down the seats on the rear, if noise is gone meaning its the latch on the seat. If noise still there try check the spoiler nuts its 10 mm theu tend to loose. After those 2 still creaking at the back yeah time to focus on the rear suspension maybe bushing

      @@hyundaitech Yes its a creaking sound. Whenever I go into a deep gutter/depression it's creaks loudly and sometimes when the car is moving along a bad bumpy road. By spoiler nuts do you means the spoiler thats on the rear glass of the vehicle?

      @@hyundaitech Let me try to explain myself as best as I can. I folded down the seats as you said, I drove and I still heared the creaking sound, however when I parked up I sat on the seats folded down and bounced up and down on the seats and I noticed that where the seat is bolted to the body it mimicks the same exact creaking sound when I bounced up and down sit on the seat. Also I put my ears alongside the wheel where I heared the creaking sound and it sounded like it coming from where the seat is bolted into the body echoing into the wheel hub of the vehicle from inside where the seat is bolted. Does this make sense or am I wrong? I would appreciate your thoughts/opinions on this situation.

    • @hyundaitech
      @hyundaitech  2 года назад

      Well first what was the reason they want to replace those components? Was it leaking , noisy?. The only consequence that i can think of is an annoying noise while driving on uneven surface and uneven wear on the tires in my opinion. Hope that helps

      @@nadzdado4199 what do you mean by little action like when it will bounce once? Any ideas how to remove the bottom bolt when it is seized. 2013 Tucson.

    • @hyundaitech
      @hyundaitech  3 года назад

      Big bolt itself seized? How about the nut on the other end? What i do i will try to spray penetrating fluid where the bolt goes in and let it sit for a little bit then just punch it out. If not , try using torch to heat it up a little bit then punch it again, and the last thing if still stuck i will try to torch it again then use air hammer.. hope that helps. Let me know
