Now that those guys rock! The only thing that would help me out is a explanation of how the pusher does his part. I just got moved from the repair table to the dismal table to help speed up the guy doing it now, my first time doing it i did 325 i know i can do better, just need the know how. Thanks

I do not own my own pallet company but at my place of employment we did that because, for example, I have in my inventory pallets of all different sizes. A company places an order of an exact pallet size. We have now separated the different sizes so we can now build the pallets of the size they ordered. I used to do this job ( now build pallets) and I liked my machine better all I had to do was break the pallets and the boards would fall on to conver belt and take them away would do 1000 to 2000 a day that's only with pallets that where easy to take apart like these 1s to easy but when I got 1s that would take time I would still do around 1000 a day my coworker always got mad at me for going to fast that is until he got him paycheck that is now he doesn't bitch no more lol
@@jean-philippemorin9235 All these "Band saw" type dismantlers are basically the same. The brand doesn't really matter. It's a motor attached to a wheel with a tensioner - built around a metal table. You can buy them used for $3k-4k, new for $7k - 10k. Many pallet companies actually build their own machines.
@@orlandopichardo2264 1200-1300 is very very good. Many places guys only do 600 - 700, but yeah your coworkers are fast. How much do they pay per pallet to dismantle each pallet? And is the price per guy or do they split it?
