I've disassembled hundreds of pallets, mostly w a reciprocating saw. This would be an awesome tool to speed things along. Pallets -> lumber -> projects (mostly bookshelves).
The Pallet Hawg dismantler is available in gas, single, or three-phase power. Visit woodmizer.com/us/Pallet-Hawg-PD200-Pallet-Dismantler to request a quote. Thanks!
The only thing this dismantler is missing is a place for the boards 2 fall in looks like u can only strip 1 pallet at a time making it a tripping hazard when stripping buy ur self not good but other then that I love this machine
There are several new options available including a rear or center drop table which allows for material handling of boards with conveyors, and a front or rear board catch. For more information please visit woodmizer.com/us/Pallet-Hawg-PD200-Pallet-Dismantler
Is that guy okay? He looks and speaks as if he's completely out of breath and about to have a heart attack. Neat device, but I can't help but express concern for the guy.
Companies dismantle pallets in order to reuse the boards in a remanufactured or recycled pallet. This saves from companies having to use new material to make pallets. Plus recycled pallets are less expensive than buying new!
I don't know how I ended up here but I'm convinced this is the pallet dismantler is for me. Even though I've never had a single pallet in my life.

I didn't even know that this was a thing until I saw one on how it's made.
Lol same, thats why I had to continue 'youtube' it.
This guy reminds me of the supervisor I have at my job on 3rd shift, except he actually smiles
Is it just me ...
As cool as WoodMizer and this machine is, all I'm seeing is that awesomely large pallet it's sitting on.
1200-1500 pallets a blade! 😱 that's awesome.....
So what do you do with the wood? Make more pallets? Sell the wood somewhere?
How much are additional blades and how long does it take to change them out?
Does the gas power run as good as the 3 phase power one?
Is this 3 phase or single?

I'll bet it can dismantle hands and arms pretty darn quickly, too. I can only imagine the blood bath that would ensue with a single slip.

It's the "staged" voice. The voice used when you're trying to sound "cool" or "professional"
Why is he so serious though?
Because he believes he just changed the game LOL
Looks dangerous.
Still doesn’t do the difficult part… remove the nails.

My guess is that the narrator is about due for a heart attack, sad to say.
I thought this was an SNL skit. What is the purpose of dismantling
