The Spyker was definitely a very unique car. Had some characteristics you wouldn’t expect in a car for the road. Of the cars on this list, I’d choose the either the Spyker or the 599 GTB.
It's only downside was the interior.

AugustneverEnds I've had the pleasure of driving a '89 928s all blacked out that my boss owned a few times, back the early 90's. Had only 4000 miles on the odometer. It kept wanting to go faster despite me, eager to be driven by someone not old and tired. I tried fruitlessly to buy it from him. It's definitely on my wishlist!
The M5/M6 E63 was an incredible engine if it runs properly. But it’s infamously known to be a ticking time bomb
Yeah like the V10s in the C6 Audi RS6. Such a nice engine when it runs but damn if something breaks which it often does... Almost lambo prices to get it fixed,

The A70 Toyota Supra is so underrated. It is such a good car with the 1JZ and a beautiful design.
The Spyker C8 was the first supercar I ever fell in love with, and to this day it remains one of my favorites. I’m happy to see it receive some love.
To me it needs a revival
@@H3Y023- I feel the C8 Preliator embodies a lot of elements from the C8 Spyder, both on the exterior and in the interior. All their cars are works of art, I don’t really see anything else you can compare them to.

Underrated cars for me:
-HSV Coupe GTS (The fastest Holden Monaro of all time, powered by Callaway LS1 engine making 400 HP)
-Kia Stinger GT
-Mazdaspeed 3
-Ascari KZ1, a British mid-rear engine sports car that use BMW M5 E39 engine.
-Panoz Esperante, an American sports car that use modified Mustang mk.4 V8 engine.

Aileron is pronounced A-le-ron, like on an airplane (the car’s whole design is inspired directly from aircraft)

Anyone here remember the spyker c8 aileron laviolette? Im not sure if i spelt it right. I think the car came out on the old forza Motorsports.
Spyker used to make aircraft around 100 years ago so kinda makes sense of the interior, they also made the first 4x4 back in 1903
The ss is the Australian equivalent to the commodore SV. Or some other spec of the commodore. The commodore is generally praised for it’s reliability, sporty handling, fuel efficiency, it’s practicality and if you go for the higher spec, it’s performance.

The Ford Probe GT. 2nd gen from mid 90’s. Such a fun underrated car. Can’t find them anymore. 2.5 v6 with a 7,000 redline. Engine just screamed for more.
the Ferrari 599 is my mom's dream car and I can understand why. the most important reason is that it doesn't attract much attention as other supercars!
The 3 cars are: Ferrari California, Cadillac CTS-V Wagon and Mazdaspeed 3

Btw, the Porsche 944 Turbo was at the number 1 in my list of personal favourite front engined Porsche. While the E36 M3 was my all time favourite M3.

Even though the MazdaSpeed3 was more popular, I have always loved the MS6. I've got 2, and thinking about buying a 3rd, which has a JDM motor swapped and is bone stock. My other 2 are beaters in comparison.
But that CTS-V Wagon would be pretty sweet!
This channel deserves more than 27K subscribers. It has some great content.
Acura Integra 92-95' the GSR or even better the R are amazing cars and very reliable, Suzuki Swift GTI also great car and great MPG but short lived

My cousin owns a 944 I am trying to buy off him. He is like most people, doesn't appreciate it. It's been sitting untouched for over 10 years.
I love the style, form and voice of this channel. I do appreciate that you're willing to say something like it is. I still find it comes across as jarring and forced. I believe if the comedy was capped at PG14 it wouldn't stray so far from the form of the show.
I have a 2007 Cadillac STS-V, I think it was very underrated... As is my 2017 Cadillac ATS-V 6-speed Sedan...Never seem to see these cars in these types of lists
Totally. Cadillac has really been trying in recent years to run from its grim 1980s and 90s past.

IIt has a twin turbo v10 that has like 570hp and can reach almost 350 km/h

There are two in my not so great US neighborhood, and a few in the trailer park down the street. It's a great car, but with so little perceived value, it almost always ends up in the wrong (careless) hands here.

Interesting fact: Dodge made an EV concept car based on Europa long before Tesla even existed, but they gave up on the idea.
A little later Tesla based their electric car on Elise and changed the auto industry forever.

Volvo S80 is also underrated, for such a cheap car. It just depreciated so quickly and its quirky Volvo and Swedish style with an all original Yamaha V8 just perfected it

'7' and 1 from that was given to a celebrity as he was a ambassador of the brand at that time .
So basically only 6 were sold.

Oh yes! My uncle drives a VW Phaeton W12 and I love this car but noone else, it's really underrated!

Yeah the Escalade wasn't underrated. It was pretty overrated. It looked cool at the time but wasn't a good car. Now it's an outdated fashion accessory. Comparable to those golden plates with your name composed out of diamonds. Very expensive but completely tasteless which only a rapper would be proud to wear.
About the M3 Lightweight. Ummm, I have a hot wheels version of that car and I love it so I didn’t forget about it

Fun fact. The germans love the e36. After a time of about ten years ago when these cars were cheap, prices started skyrocketing in the last ten years. For a good e36 330i people will pay 20-30k
If you want a good m3, the price tag will be about 40 - 50k
The Camaro and many Chevy's use the Holden zeta platform designed in Australia for the Holden Commodore. The Australian chasis is sooo good for FR applications GM used it globally.

That M6 was always one of the sexiest BMW’s I’d seen. Also the only car I’d ever seen where I thought the droptop actually looked better than the hard top
The 924 had a round bicycle reflector on the sides the 944 didn't. Back in the day you couldn't even get an M6 in the US unless it was a grey market Euro spec car. You could keep it here legally for one year then it was supposed to be shipped out of the US, there were 6s including the absolutely beautiful 635csi but no Ms.
The cars are just like this channel. Underrated.
When I saw the spyker in a racing game I loved it
Porsche 944 was my first favorite car ever! Perfectly balanced 50/50 weight distribution. Price was reasonable. And it's a Porsche!

I was correct about being old enough to drive! It was released in '82 putting me at the age of 16. In California, where I live, that's the legal age for driving.

Dodge Magnum 2004-2008, Lincoln LS 2000-2006 and the Mercury Marauder 2004-2006. All of these cars had a V8 and a Rear Wheel Drive option to them, but these cars have been forgotten.
The Lincoln LS was a special one, it offered the typical V8, Rear Wheel Drive, and A V6 Version, and it also had stick shift. The Magnum had high performance version the SRT8 version.
I actually love the M6. Yeah like the 850 most the time I can potentially be nothing more then a big paper weight BUT still has looks that make the headaches worth it
Spyker C8's are absolutely amazing.
You said listen to the NA V12 of M6. Then we hear a Turbo engine and blow off valve.
Also the Spyker car was and New Zealand built and developed car.
That the Dutch company then bankrupted. They went into partnership with the Nz company and stole it.
The EP3 Honda Civic Type R is on the way to this list, and so are the B7 RS4 Avant and the C6 Audi RS6

Probably one of the most underrated supercars.
Alfa Romeo Brera, one of the most overlooked hot hatches.

The M6 is a great car, my brother owned one for 3 years. It was a beauty and it broke his heart when he sold it but the truth is as I quote him after he sold it “That car isn’t a daily driver, sure, it’s sporty, looks cool, attracts ladies but the moment something broke on it you better call the bank and ask for a loan cause it’s gonna be pricey”.
And it was true. Aside from the fuel consumption which was ridiculous considering you don’t even press the gas pedal to the max, the parts were expensive as hell and quite hard to find outside of dealerships where we all know that when we hear the word “dealership” we automatically think lots of $$$$$.
It was nice.
Reliable? Not so nice.
Many people also forget rimac c1 and nio ep9, the best electric sports cars of all time
I don't think Concept_One is forgotten after Hammond rolled down the hill. That episode alone put Rimac on the map.
Nio is a track car. Less significant to entire car industry when you don't see how it will affect your next Corolla
