I’ve heard the pickle juice thing before, apparently it’s a special forces thing too, full of electrolytes or something. Great vid Eliot, the tip about the shoes for me was very important as I constantly try different ways because I try and do a lot of climbing for fitness. Wearing your dad’s old clothes was epic too, we’ve all been there… part of growing up bro.
I wear glasses with a full face Enduro helmet (Troy Lee Stage). Can’t wear goggles while climbing, too hot and taking goggles off no sun protection on my eyes and face. Glasses much cooler to climb and DH air flow for enduro.

Another reason for the helmet bouncing around like crazy would be if you leave the strap as loose as you. It looks cooler, but is much less safe.
How about a vid on what the downhillers are using for safety equipment. Chest protectors, padded shirts?
