    How does it balance Alan? I would imagine you'd want a very lightweight 1000 reel of it may end up wanting to keep raising the rod tip in your hand.

    • @fishingmad
      @fishingmad  2 года назад +1

      1000% it was a tad unbalanced with the Siruis 2500 I was using, I have since tested it with a Vanford 2500 and Luvias 2000S and it balances really nicely. So nice tangling with fish of that size with a rod that light.

    Hi, I have a BS 772M which is given for PE 0.6-1 and 6-26gr.
    I wonder what's the point of using Fuji micro rings on the tip because they force you to leave the final braid knot outside the tip or stay under a 15lbs. Really a big limitation for a rod of this level.

    Where you are fishing the bottom is thick weed, do you still bounce the jig off the bottom or do you try and keep it out of the weed?

    • @fishingmad

      The jig heads are very light and HWS so they dont snag up in the weeds to often, i try and work it at a pace that gets it just down to the weed level.
