Uncle Dane is definately one to watch for Engineer. And assuming you continue the Spy Psychology series he's going to pop up in Jontohil2's Engineer video.
I recommend Uncle Dane's "Engineering 101" series for learning Engineer. It useful for learning the basics of Engineer, and explains some complicated or convoluted stuff about the class.
Another collaborative series i havent seen mentioned alot is the 10 stages of every main, i think that would be pretty funny to react BUT do uncle dane firsttt!
As much as I love the asthetics of space, honestly the only game i can think of that has space as a major theme that I adore is risk of rain 2. That games entire art style is superb though, so that isn't saying much lol.
Mmm. Not as much technical guide from this video but helpful nonetheless. Also if you are a bit discouraged playing the spy, remember, you don't have to be the best spy that stabs everyone or even a good spy that does not die, you just need to do your job to be useful. Sapping the engineer's teleporter after dying so many times? Does not matter, you disrupted the enemy's defense/offense more than your average teammates. Stabbed the enemy's medic just once after dying so many times? You have lowered the enemy's survivability and opened a window for your team to win the battle.
"Does Jontohil2 have any videos on engineer as well?" He does not, but BOY HOWDY DO WE HAVE AN UNCLE FOR YOU!
But yeah, Uncle Dane's "Engineering 101" is the Spy Psychology series but for Engi. Highly recommended.
I will 100% check it out!
