what I like from ceo kim that she seems down to earth eventhough she is the ceo in one of the biggest model agency in south korea
I really thought she was a fancy lady with a bitchy attitude when I first saw her but when she started speaking it turns out that she's nice and humble.
Not just one of the top though. Esteem is actually the number 1 modeling agency in Korea 🤧
Thnx CEO Kim for showing that one can be successful as a female, while also be a nice person with healthy eating habits, normal cravings and indulgences and a very down to earth attitude.
That's not a healthy eating habit. She's eating junk food in the morning. There's no nutrients in twisted breadsticks. She should be eating wholegrain bread for it to be healthy.

Pork Cutlet listen I ate a bowl of cookies in milk every morning from 4-21 for breakfast ate McDonald’s and other fast food, ate buttered filled food my whole life and I’m 125lbs my diet might not have been healthy but my body is and so was my exercise (walking, running, just messing around etc etc)

@@jkim7571 I don't think it being an apartment/condo/townhouse matters... Sure you have less options if you're leasing a place but a knowledgeable interior designer can flip any living space.
@@superlita not really, apartments in korea, you cant change wallpapers or nail something on the wall etc.. unless you own it. which like 80% of the population does not. well some own a mid size apartment but the space inside is really limited
The models and the CEO actually seem like friends, it's not common for a CEO to be willing to appear as child-like and friendly as this to her staff, because usually people in power prefer "power" and "fear". Im truly amazed. Especially the CEO and the yoga teacher model are like actual sisters with all the nagging and teasing each other 😊
I think it's cause she started out as a personal agent for the older models :) also they're not her staff, technically they're her clients bc other agencies often poach successful models!

I love CEO Kim soo much 😍 She is strict when it comes to work but still, you can't seem to hate her ❤️ She's a big boss but she's still a very down to earth person. It's also rare seeing a boss soo close to her colleagues. She must be fun to be with outside of work 😊 Even though she's rich, she still prefers a simple lifestyle. She loves eating in local and simple restaurants (I mean, look at that.. She's already very happy with a piece of twisted breadsticks, aww 😭) and though she owns a lot of gorgeous clothes at her house, she still prefers wearing comfy ones (Also those cartoon character shirts that she's mostly wearing were adorable 😊) And.. I also love the way she acts like a child like boss (With all those teasing comments, etc.), hezhez 😍 Soo cuteee 💖
PS: I just hope the MC's wouldn't pick out on her too much 💔

I was upset how the MC kept picking on CEO Kim and gave that dirty look to her saying they wouldn't go with her. She literally said they were friends and they aren't even her employees. Plus, it's nothing wrong asking friends to go out on a day off either. If they say they can't then they can't. They don't even have to say "yes" and CEO Kim only asking them, not forcing them. The MC made it like she's bothering people even though she hangs out with them a lot. 😤

Yoga isn’t going to do much for weight loss...
she needs a healthy change in diet, cardio, weight training/resistance training. I used to be very overweight a few years ago, lost 30kg in just over 6 months after I changed my eating habits and lifestyle. Now I’m a personal trainer. I love helping other people on their weight loss journeys. Diet planning, meal prepping, a proper consistent workout regime and DETERMINATION + COMMITMENT is key.

It might not help her lose weight, but it'll help her be more flexible. You lose flexibility as you age unless you keep up with it.

I'm happy seeing models having other jobs. For sure, if you become a big name, it can seem kinda stable, but for most part they leave the industry while having their self-esteem destroyed, because they get reduced to a picture, a cloth hanger. Especially seeing them still involved with the fashion industry, like her PD Jimin and her yoga teacher. It's uplifting.

I can relate how she eats breakfast. If I have pan dulce at home, I would eat them first before the fruits I've bought for breakfast. Goes so well with hot coffee.

Fat has been demonized in the USA. The way I see it, it's what you eat along with it, the quantity, and how often? I've seen so many self described vegetarians who are seriously overweight. One might avoid fatty foods, but if that persons compensate by eating more sweets/carbs , then there goes their diet.
peko well fat does contain a lot of calories but not all of them are bad. However, you do have to be careful with the portions because the calories will start to pile up and you will end up in surplus which will then be converted to fat and lead to weight gain
