I think that it is cause in most cases those apartments are rented, so I guess that they do not put that much of effort in a house that it is not even theirs

Those little tiles are vintage design. My grandma's house have them, very colourful and beautiful. But she told me people nowadays don't do it anymore so it's hard for her to find similar materials or workers who could help her restore any broken tiles :(

This is the most different korean apartment I’ve seen. Most of them are neutral tones and just more aesthetic than livable or homely. I’m speaking of luxurious apartments of course. I really liked her apartment, it was light, fresh colorful and most of all livable and functional. You can tell she lives in it (metaphorically)
With talents like Kyunga, she doesn't have to worry about getting bankrupt ever. She has skills that could generate income; if at any point in her life she pursues all the business proposals CEO Kim suggested, she'll hit it off good
they can use social media as a platform to boost her brand they can make her start a youtube channel and an instagram account in which she vlogs her baking/cooking videos and how she makes her craft (bags, furniture, etc., she can even talk about her modeling career) those kind of things are really in right now a big example of this is heart evangelista.

Yess that kind of tiles is popular now in interior designing..after looking with ID eyes kekeke..i think she want to achieve vintage scandinavian style with lots of white ,bright colours woods as the furniture eg sofa/seating as main focus in an area because the colour is differ than other furniture which is mainly white..and i doesn't even believe how the contractor doesn't want to lay that particular tiles design..in my country they do it and charging higher price.." business" ..

Honestly, it's almost 100% focus on purely an image base with high quality materials that have useful side effects. Perfectly representing the entire model persona but there is very little to be seen of the person, or at all. That's something most celebrities have to deal with.
