    I am a recent purchaser, love it so far! Can we please get a video showing how to correctly maintenance the machine for the guide rods, cables and pulleys? I know the directions mention every three months spray the guide rods with a silicone spray and it talks about tightening the cables. Should Silicone spray be used on the pulleys at all during maintenance?

    Can you do bench press and seated lat pull downs (on an adjustable bench) with this? Or for lat pull downs is the highest setting too low and it would require lat pull downs to be some from sitting on the floor for an average or taller male?
    Lastly, what’s the main difference between this and the Adonis cable tower (other than dual stack vs single stack).
    I don’t see on either of them a real good way to do leg curls and leg extensions. Please guide me as I’m considering one of these units versus another brand’s all in one gym and multifunction trainer.

      It's a full update... here are the differences: Our FT-3000 2.0 has 21 adjustment holes, while the Arcadia™ has 32 adjustment holes for more adjustment variety and laser-cut numbers on the front of the upright (instead of the side). It also uses REP’s patent-pending trolleys; hot-rolled, steel weight stack plates that are shaped different; 10lb weight increases that feel like 5lbs (instead of 10lbs); and band pegs for easy compatibility with resistance bands to further increase resistance. Metallic black shrouds give this compact functional trainer a more premium look. The built-on multi-grip pull-up bar also resembles our 4000 and 5000 Series multi-grip pull-up bar’s grip options. You can also add peg boards to the Arcadia™ to store your cable attachments. With the upgraded dual weight stacks, the Arcadia™ has a higher load, too: 440lbs instead of 374lbs, and the Arcadia™ has a longer cable travel length, reaching 81” instead of 76.3”. The Arcadia™ Functional Trainer is REP's first functional trainer designed by our Colorado engineering team from the ground up. REP has seamlessly integrated distinct, high-end features to this compact functional trainer, such as the unique trolleys seen on our popular Ares and Athena attachments; 10lb increment weight stacks; and in-house-designed, knurled handles.

    Please make a platform that can raise the height of your functional trainer to at least 92 in pull up bar.
    I understand that you want them to be fairly short because this is for a home gym and you're thinking of short ceilings
    however lots of people have higher garage or vaulted ceilings
    it'd be nice to have a way to lift it up taller without having to build a platform ourselves.
    (It would be another thing you guys could sell and make money off of)

    • @kickingworld
      @kickingworld 5 месяцев назад

      Good idea. I was actually wondering about that. I like the small form factor weight and depth wise but feel it might be a bit short, for anyone above 5’8? As for chin ups, lat pull downs, tricep push downs, and for maximizing a pectoral / shoulder stretch and a longer range of motion…
