Hello Aron, Sure, this motherboard has a M.2 socket, the SSD I use is this one: amzn.to/3268j4j it's a Samsung 860 EVO, 500 GB, but other brands are great as well like this one: amzn.to/326M7a8 Crucial MX500 500GB. Now, if you like more affordable SSD, this one is another I use: amzn.to/2TSEi3e Kingston 960GB. Of course you choose the storage size that you need. Hope it helps. Thanks for the comment!
Hello, mmmmm what comes to mind is check the "fast/quick startup" option in the bios, if selected, it might stop showing the megratrends screen. Hope it helps Thanks for the comment!
if the cpu is not compatible with the bios version of the motherboard so it needs to update the bios version , can the cpu work on the motherboard to install the new version or I have to use older cpu to update it first
Hello Black Swan, You would to go to the both the processor and motherboard manufacturer's website and see the requirements. For example this the one for the the Asus model in the video: www.asus.com/Motherboards/H110M-A-M-2/specifications/ Look for the "Socket type" (normally 1151), and the Memory, (for this model is DDR4 2400/2133 MHz). I chose the Intel i9-9900K, this is the website: ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/ark/products/186605/intel-core-i9-9900k-processor-16m-cache-up-to-5-00-ghz.html Just google: "intel i9 9900k characteristics". One of the first 3 options should be correct website. Look for the same items: Socket: FCLGA1151 (ignore "FC") Memory: DDR4-2666 Finally, for compatibility, both have to match, specially the Socket type. The ram is in the neighborhood. However, I would look for a processor that is in the range 2400/2133 MHz. Hope it helps. Thanks for the comment!
