yeah I am of the same opinion. I hate it when brands ALMOST make the perfect instrument. it's like the entire universe wants us customers to never be satisfied unless we go full custom shop
hilarious advert. Like a power rangers hype sale. Anyways, still will grab this model. Love the KX700 evertune, sure you need to replace the garbage 3 way selector and put in your own push pull for splits but, I guess that was how they kept the price down. Hopefully this it not to much more than the 6 string model.
@@yoursaviour7613 I broke my finger 2 times playing heavy rhythm on knobs similarly positioned. It is not random thought. There is a reason why at least metal rhythm guitarists in majority prefer knobs to be out of the way... And i don't want to relearn how to play to adjust to tool witch guitars are when i have choice of getting something that doesn't force me to do it. Personal preference, guitar might be great, objectively it is great, but this bothers me a lot.
The KX707 EverTune was awesome to get to play. We could not put it down. Kepp up the great work Cort!
Any idea what it will retail for ?
I would love to try this guitar. The blackout raw tone look is amazing.
25.5 scale length is pretty short. otherwise it would be a great guitar for modern metal
Exactly!
If it was standard bridge, yes i would agree, but on evertune guitars it is not necessary for anything above F low

@@goredrinker2740 haha for sure
@@mihailoniciforovic2666 But you still would have to use very thick strings for low tunings right?
We're using the Ibanez Apex 30 for recording or shows on the road, however, this will be on my radar if I ever need EverTune x2 on 7.
Really wish I had single coil options
You can't fake the chime harmonics of single coil blended with humbucker. Which is crucial. This guitar was made for metal music 10 years ago
split coil could be cool.
give me thattt

Please make a gloss finish 😢
Knob positions still sux sadly, would buy it otherwise
Bro you should play the strings not the nobs
