Do you have to start as a receptionist? Or can you just go to school for vet tech, and once you graduate you can become one? I don’t work in that area right now.
You do not have to start as a receptionist. I recommend that you volunteer or get a part time job at an animal center or humane society. That will look great on your resume for when your done with vet tech school.
Do you feel like you are not retaining the information well? I would advise looking into active learning vs. passive learning. I will also be coming out with an effective how I study video in the next few weeks. Feel free to reach out to me on instagram as well for more 1 on 1 guidance :) My username is @making_an_rvt!
I totally agree with these tips !! please post more vet tech content :)
Anything specific you'd like to see? :)
