How are people going to be put in jail for being homeless do you know that everyone can not be in a shelter for certain reasons but if people are trying to get detox and there is no beds or for certain people shelter don't fit every individual in multiple people setting the state of Oregon needs to reach out to other states to demand that they stop paying for one way tickets to the homeless in their state at least until Oregon has Housed the people that are already here needing to be housed.

I can attest that shelters are not safe, oddly enough you're safer outside. Because outside you can defend yourself and inside you are trapped. Officials almost always believe staff, even If the "client" is not on drugs. Poor people ( me) get the shaft in so many situations and it's hard to get anyone to even listen let alone believe you 😇
