Studebaker US6 restoration - Part 1 - The arrival

I bought a 1944 Studebaker US6 2½-ton 6×6 truck which originally belonged to the Royal Australian Army and was decomisioned in 1972.
The aim of the project is to restore it to an original condition.

Lucky man to score that Studebaker. Can I asked who you bought it off and how much you paid for it? I'm assuming it's a non running / non stopping truck?
