This was the first attempt to start the engine up the same day the truck arrived from the previous owner. The original 6 volt voltage regulator was not operational and needed to be refurbished so in order to make the test, we used a 12 volt regulator and ignition coil and connected to a 12 volt battery. The fuel tank was not inspected yet so we didn't want to put any petrol in it just in case i...

It was very dirty, lots of mud mixed with old grease which after many years became hard as rock. The high pressure cleaner was very helpful. The rust is just superficial so it will be treated properly in the near future. Follow this channel for further updates on the project.
