    Carmina FTW, great review though. The Crockett & Jones look a lot more American with how wide and rounded they are and the Carmina’s are more sleek and elegant like shoes from Spain.

    I have the black version of the C & j Lanark 3 with a cleated sole and have worn it for six months on the railway and with conditioning Saphir and mirror shine every month and can confirm to their robustness and smartness.

    The Alden version of that Carmina PTB is a shoe I've wanted for a long time. Specifically the version in Natural Chromexcel. It's one of my "grails" if we are borrowing terms from the sneakerheads.
