Ok. Actually fermentation me sugar ko hi yeast alcohol or carbon dioxide me convert karta hai. During primery fermentation approx 70% kaam ho jata hai. Bhut jyada sugar nahi hona chahiye. Yeast dar jata hai,. Vo kaam nahi karta. Fermentation nahi hoti. Vo bhi humare jaise ki insan hai. Itna kaam dekh kar kuch kam ni karta. So try kro, hydrometer use karo. Or sugar content ko measure karo. Simple.
