The last few weeks have been insane in the 450 class so naturally we spoke about some of the chaos, we get into his championship season and how he came to resent that title and much more! My Rider!!! Great guy!!! I told everybody you were going to rock this year and you proved me right thank you!! Plu age is nothing at 61 i just bought a 22 yz125x to rip on! I live in the mtns in my trailer with my dog and mtn bike and retired. So rocket to the end is my saying!!

He’s clearly the fastest on the track. Everyone is so fast now you have to be aggressive or your sitting in the back. These guys don’t want to take people out or even themselves but it’s what is needed if you want to be a front runner. Blame the slower guy up front then. If he wasn’t running a slow speed then Jason wouldn’t have to make an aggressive pass.
@@racerx2084 my deal was JB was 4 bikes back coming down the straight and jason took the highline. And jb did not even try to take the corner he straightened the corner out right into JA line!! Nos if he tried to take the inside like he started to do and hit ok..but he purposely took him out!! I miss the 70s znd 80s riders they rode with respect for each other and did not play todays crap!! It is a lack of respect forceach other and Barcia has no respect fod anyone because he has rode like a douchbag for years! Just
ask Eli!! And if it wax so clean why did he get fined and docked!! I would sed them race likecEli with respect beat them far and square like a true rider!! The racing would be better!! I do not mind standing guys up or pushing them up high but just to take them out to me is pathetic!!
So cool to see Jason in the best headspace he’s ever been. Absolutely shredding on the bike and as a fan it’s amazing to see him finally enjoying it
Sometimes, it's just fun to see how someone has grown and matured. Props to Anderson. There was a time when I fully expected him to join the rest of what I like to refer to as 'the Half-Baked Boys'... Lawrence, Hanson, and Hill.
By far Anderson is the coolest pro on the track.

It's easy for El Pinche to be chill. He's towards the end of his racing career and he already has a championship under his belt. So even if he had to retire tomorrow, he has already succeeded.

Some riders who are un sure about training need that look to see how important train is stamina is strength to keep u strong an safe..helps prevent u from throwing it away an getting injured when ur fitness is above normal....

Cool interview Jason. You seem so chill compared to your block passes on Roczen & Stewart LOL. I doubt Aldon would help you ride any faster. If anything, Coach Robb would help you clinch another SX title... maybe an outdoor too! We all know you're fast enough to have won the SX title this year... seems whoever was going to win needed some luck. I do like to bar banging racing... I'm sure it takes some of the pressure off of Freise & Barcia.

Best of luck to Jason for the rest of the season and mx. A lot of people and 1 is too many that wrote him off after he got hurt after WINNING the 18 SX title. He had a hell of a year that year. But the guy had some gnarly time off from incidents. He’s always shown progression and the speed but people kept looking the other way. Totally get what he said about the training at bakers. If your. Or happy your only going to go so far. He’s definitely the best guy out there this year. ET is actually showing some consistency now. The first few was like same old ET. But Anderson is definitely the fastest out there. He’s even showing that he can do the speed till the end. His only downfalls are the crashes trying to get up to the front. So too many people think he’s riding over the top. The field is packed with more talent than ever this year. If you wait for the moment to get up front your getting passed by the guy you is just going to go for it.

@@drewjonespdx I miss the rivalry days. That’s something Supercross is missing. I still love to watch the racing but there isn’t that Stewart-Reed rivalry or Stewart-Carmichael, and so on.
@@larry2281 dude great point. What do you think the cause of that is? Is it because the AMA is really ramping up on penalizing riders for aggressive moves? It’s sort of gutting the sport a little bit.
@@larry2281 there’s great rivalries now too like Anderson vs tomac Webb vs roczen stewart vs Anderson etc I feel you though now a days it’s a Toss up but we still have some cool ones to look back on
@@drewjonespdx it could be because of that. There’s just no bad blood or like riders that you KNOW did not like each other. That was the prime Stewart reed rivalry right there. It made every Saturday so exciting.

Anderson has ridden like a dick this year and nearly every other year he rode. The other riders don’t want to see him win.
