The mini 4 pro is an amazing little drone. I've been having so much fun flying mine around my neighbourhood. I can even get out to the beach with it. It really is incredible what can be done with this amazing flying machine. With all the safety sensors turned on you would have to work hard to crash it. I can't speak highly enough about my one. I love it. You get what you pay for I spose & they're not cheap so be warned. Second hand could be an option maybe, whatever you just gotta get one 🏴☠️🚁
Thanks for the post and I encode everything to 4K but RUclips takes a little while to re-encode the uploads and they start with the lowest resolution. Normally it's not an issue because I schedule the posts overnight to give them time to cook but with this one I posted it live and the encoding is happening real time on RUclips. Sorry for the 1970's resolution but I promise it'll get better in an hour or so. Plus, you don't need to see my face in full 4K :)
@@Dronevalley Yes, indeed. I knew about a possible delay, but seemed longer that usual, to me. You look better in 1080p anyways, so does the Mini 4. Got to watch again 😉
The pano sphere is blurry facing near down when drone is to the right. I think its moving too fast before focused so I'll try different settings & gimbal, compass calibration on my days off and possibly give it one star reviews if still blurry.
I have the M3P with the RC, but boy would I like the M4P. Not upset! 😁 If I bought the M4P. I'd probably be seeing release dates of the 5 by now. Thanks Rick.
As a gent said on another chsnnel - it feels about as heavy as a bag of cheetos (snack size) - the Channel creator checked later in the video - Mini 4 Pro - 249g. Cheetos snack size? 240g. Dude had hands like scales, lol! Absolutely love Mini 4 Pro - the 3 Pro was proof of concept. 4 is all about refinement. Waypoints, AT 360, Omnidirectional OA.
@@mechrior I've noticed this with other creators too, it took me quite some time to understand why everything was so fuzzy... Now I noticed for my own videos, the rendering process can be extremely long in the middle of the day /I'm always eager to watch "Drone Valley" videos, so I can't wait! 😊
Mark, I totally agree and I fly both of them. The Mini 4 Pro is amazing but the dual cameras on the Air 3 really makes a difference. I'm working on a clip comparing the two for other folks trying to decide. Stay tuned...
No worries, I love the Air 3 drone as well and am a big fan of fliers using whatever they like best. Both of them are amazing and the bottom line is that you're out in the sunshine enjoying the hobby.

Excellent video! Thank you 👍
The Mini 4 is truly amazing. It's on my Wishlist.
Video published 38 minutes ago and still only 360p.

Can you address Remote Id on the Mini 4 Pro in a video? Even though it's under 249 grams does it transmit location of drone & pilot?

Great video Rick! Thank you !!
Great review. Can you review the waypoints feature as well. Also wanted to know if you you can pre-plan your waypoints from a laptop?

Selling Mini 3 Pro and acquiring the 4 cost me about $180. Filters don't swap in, so that's a bigger expense than the trade up, lol.

weirdly only video quality setting is 360p
That is what happens when a video is published before video processing has finished.
ah ok @@TrueNorthDronography thanks for the tip

No its not
not anymore as as @BobHerres explained why it was lower when i made the comment @@MrKenstar2
I just upgraded from the mini 3 Pro. To this one, mini 4. Have to say, that I am not happy with the zoom. Does not work the same on the 3.
In what way?
I think I'll keep my Air 3. Thanks anyway.
