Have you ever tried Disney+? They have an option for different subtitles and audio.

Let us know what kind of results you get with Pimsleur. I would really like to interview someone who actually completed the entire 5 levels.
Talking with language tutors is good, I find that it keeps me motivated.
I haven't tried Disney+. Not sure whether I can make flashcards from it.
