I have this phone, in a normal state of gaming it doesn't heat up. I've already updated its OS to UI 4 (A13) yet it has a better performance than UI 3. When you turn upscale like FPS to 120 and on GT Mode, it can drain battery and heat up fast while having crisp, detailed, and sharper display especially in video media. One thing for sure, it will really heat up the device when it is covered with any casing. While gaming, it is recommended to remove casing for better cooling. This is based on my experience.
@@wadi3887 bro camera is good . not great but good sensor. but camera ui is worst. you dont get good images by this phone camera sotware and image proccessing. i use google cam moded versions,thats pretty cool and most useful. and phone really heats up to 43 then cool down to 40 ,up and down continously.
does the frame drop or not? if not. means the cooling system is effective. btw the cooling system to cool down the chipset not the phone body. the heat generate by the chipset will flow the screen and frame. just like radiator

Yes as showed in the video I maxed out the graphics of Genshin Impact before playing. So that should explain the drops. Genshin is a graphically demanding game, still looked great though.

You need to have 500k bengmark in order to play genshin on low-mid setting. Thats why mid to high end phone always tested to genshin cuz it the most heavy game out in mobile. And it also game that makes ur phone hot. Usually if you play this more than a hr, ur phone can hot up to 50° celcius. That why if your phone perform well and not heat much on genshin then your phone is beast.
You never play genshin at all in mobile platform, try it once just to check out it performance and you will know yourself why all these phone reviewers make the game as the highest benchmark in mobile gaming

Yeah I agree LifeAfter is a more graphic intensive game than Genshin. Even my old SD865 can't keep up with max graphics during some pvp scenes

Fyi , for a 8 gen 1 device to hold gpu at 62% is amazing , other device will throttle down to around 50% and def overheat and dim the screen
