45mph? That sucks. I was going to go look at one till you said that. I have a 1975 Honda ST90 that is only a 3 speed and i can get 51mph out of it with me on it on flat ground, and I am 210 pounds. I guess I will be lookind at the XR150 instead.
It may go a little faster than 45 especially with a gear change. Some guys checked with a GPS and got 54 out of it
Change rear sproket . And front . 1st is very low ratio .
Put rear disk and make it registerable .
Get a crf230 kickstand to fix that lean its one of the first things I did

Lookin for something a lil smaller lieghter wieght than my tub. More like a pit bike. I think I may do this one or the ttr. I love putting mods too maybe a spring pipe, bars etc
After the 125 the next 4 stroke for a honda is 250 so thats the perfect pit bike
