Yay! I’m so happy to see some love for the T75s, they get so much hate, but honestly I really love my 1960B equipped with T75s, they have such a unique sound. You once again proved they are amazing speakers and it’s not that hard to mic them up. Thank you for making this video! 🤘
Yeah they’re a bit unique but I guess it’s the most used / sold speaker in the world so it can’t be that bad 😎. I mostly use Vintages and Greenbacks but every once in a while a goold ol’ T75 works like a charm 👌💪. Thanks!
Awesome playing and tones man! The MP-1 sounds great in your rig. That Bill & Becky L500XL is awesome. Put one in my MIJ N4 last week and love it. So beefy!!
Thanks Euge for this video. Can you at some point talk about how you set the levels of each component in your signal chain and the decision behind? preamp level, interface input level, DAW & plugins, it's sometimes very frustrating to look for right balance between level and tone. Thank you again
Awesome video as always Euge. I also love that this is on a T75 which everyone will tell you is an awful speaker and hard to mic up when it really isn’t. Killer tones, I especially liked the e906 first then md241 blended in after.
Sounds great Euge. Very nice and heavy. I myself preferred the 421.. the 906 seemed at times to have a bit of a honk to it in the mids .. perhaps amplifying the characteristics of the Celestion 75s. Would love to see the SENNHEISER MD421 vs SM57.
You got the tones and the tempos from our early years down dude, maybe play some Shotgun Messiah with the crazy flange beat, I know you could. Hahaha, so entertaining to tune in to your shows. Pinchamania.
MD421 for most cases sounds better to my ears. But for mixing purpose e906 could work better sometimes. It's always nice to have a couple different mics
Hi Euge... another great video. This could be an unfair question but if you were to get one set up, would you go for these two sennheiser mics or two sm57 fredman style? Thanks😊
Thanks! That’s a tough one since I use both combinations a lot but I’d most likely go with the Sennheisers since that combination is a bit more versatile IMO than two 57s in the Fredman style.
I still have it but haven’t used it a lot. A great amp but I can get everything I need from my 800s & Plexi. It’s for sale on Reverb btw if you’re interested.
i love the sound of miced up physical cab. it sounds so lively and complex sounding.
Me too 😎👌.

I’ll second that, I love the T75s. Currently blending two T75s with two G12EVHs. Pretty awesome combo I think.

Thanks man!
Another incredible demo track. Your ability to write these rad 80s tracks is just wild.
Thanks Tommy!
Euge is the man - from Shining to EVH to Nuno you can shred it all bro!
Thanks Mike!

Thanks! Great idea! I’ll do one in the near future 👌.

Thanks! Amateurs 😎.
Great video and tone!! Thanks a lot for sharing. Is that a 421 mark II?
Thanks! It’s a new one I got about a year ago so probably 🤷♂️😎.

I have his 2 microphones that I couple with an sm57 and I prefer the E906..

Thanks! Lets see 😎🎼.
Badass tones and demo.
Thanks!

👌🎼
Nice. I was just today wondering if they used Sennheiser on Sorte Diaboli.

Ai että noi senkut on hyviä! Itellä on MD441-U ja toimii kans kitaralla tosi makeesti.
Jesh!
I like the MD421 better, but I would use them both at the same time.
Great playing
Thanks!
Md421 aaaaalll the way 4 me sir! Thank you!😁👍
🤟🎼
Hey Euge, whatever happened to that TSL100 of yours. Still have it or sold it for something different. I loved that amp.
I still have it but haven’t used it a lot. A great amp but I can get everything I need from my 800s & Plexi. It’s for sale on Reverb btw if you’re interested.
Amazing tone, got a question, what is the distance from the grill to each mic? all the best
Thanks! Usually around two fingers so an inch, inch and a half I guess 👌.
I find the 421 is the key to the Metallica guitar tone. It’s instant Hetfield
That and Marshall Vintage cab gets you probably in the ballpark. And of course the right hands, guitar, amp etc.
