Thanks. I don’t think the water is going anywhere quickly albeit the Mersey level has dropped a little. I suspect some places will need pumping to get the water out quicker than waiting for it to drain. I’ll pop another video up later in the week to see if it’s gone down a bit. 👍🏻
Thanks Peter. There’s nothing about Barton on the DJI app for some reason. Obviously I’m aware it’s there but it is a good couple of miles away from this side of Flixton. I keep well under the 120m and I’m always aware of other traffic in the air. Is there anything in particular that I should be doing differently? New to drone flying so I’d appreciate any advice. I have Operator & Flyer ID and I’m flying a mini so it’s under 250g. Thanks 🛸

Their airspace ATZ is if I remember rightly is a 3 mile circle from the centre of the airfield with extensions along the lines of the runway. The boundry is roughly along church road. Given that the police helicopter and air ambulance transit over Urmston I think they want drone pilots to telephone ATC first before flying.

Nice shots. Just be aware Urmston and Flixton are on the edge of The Barton ATZ when you fly your drone.
