- Today I'm sharing two, amazing cookie recipes and an easy treat that you can make for Christmas OR any time of year!

TRIPLE CHOCOLATE CHERRY COOKIES
1 c. all purpose flour
¼ c. unsweetened cocoa powder (I like to use Hershey’s Special Dark)
1 tsp. baking powder
¼ tsp. salt
1 tsp. instant coffee powder
1 stick (½ c.) unsalted butter, softened
1 c. sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
4 oz. semisweet chocolate chips/chunks
4 oz. white chocolate chips
1 c. dried cherries
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt and coffee powder. In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar together with an electric mixer until fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla and beat to combine. Add the semisweet and white chocolate chips and the cherries and mix together with a rubber spatula to incorporate the ingredients. Using a medium cookie scoop, form your cookies and place 2 inches apart on a baking sheet lined with a non-stick baking mat or parchment paper. I made about 24 cookies with this scoop. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Allow to cool before enjoying!

PRETZEL HUGS/ROLOS
Arrange square shaped pretzels on a lined baking sheet (silicone mat or parchment paper works). Place an unwrapped Hershey's Kisses "Hugs" or a Rolo on top. Bake at 350* for about 2 1/2 - 3 minutes or until the candies just start to soften. Gently place an M&M on top of each one, pressing down slightly. Allow to cool completely before storing. I put mine in the fridge to speed up the cooling process. Keep in an airtight container for about a week. ENJOY!

These recipes all sound very good! I make the pretzels with Rolos, but, i put a pecan on top! Thats a good idea using the M & M's!
