From what I have seen, legit tattoo artists won’t do face tattoos at all. They don’t want their work on a face.

It’s not necessarily a hate symbol. Swastikas can be traced back to Hindu symbols before the nazis adopted it. He could possibly have gotten the tattoo to represent his hindu spirituality influences.

They say you should never judge a book by its cover, but isn't that what the covers are made for? The cover gives you the synopsis of what the book is about!
And face tattoos are a different level. They scream “I’m impulsive & I didn’t think about how these may affect my future”. Let’s don’t confuse “judgement” with natural healthy “assessment” either. Your life & safety often lies in your assessment of situations & people.

It’s not like it’s something he was born with that he can’t help. They are choices he made. They tell a story of who he is. He put them there. The jury deserves to see the truth of who he was when the crime happened.
