Gui ling gao, herbal jelly is actually a traditional Chinese medicinal dessert made from more than 15 herbs. Guilinggao is thought to be good for the skin, allowing for a healthier complexion upon repeated consumption. Other supposed positive effects of the jelly includes improving circulation, assisting muscle growth, relieving itching, reducing acne, and kidney restoration including reducing heatiness in the body. Though it's a dessert, it is commonly believed to offer health and wellness benefits.
Ingredients
3 pkt gui ling gao powder
150ml water
500ml water
Honey or gula melaka syrup
Mix gui ling gao powder with 150ml water into a paste-like. Mix with 500ml water. Bring to boil stirring constantly. Pour into moulds or cups. Served with honey or gula melaka syrup.

You can buy Guilinggao Jelly in a can from the East asian supermarket.
I got a can and just tried it and it is amazing!
