I have been running 5km ish every day too! I do the same sort of loop near my neighbourhood in Australia. Ita weirdly comforting if i feel tired or run out of time i do 3 loops. If u feel like more i go round and stop by my fav gardens
Nice! For some reason these run streaks are very interesting to me. Starting at a low mileage/km I think is key and a very slow build likely keep any injuries at bay.. you have plenty of time.. as long as it's not in Jan/feb :) Good luck! I just subscribed and look forward to seeing your performance gains . I'm currently at day 71 on mine and it's been great at this point.
Well done, keep doing it. It's always normally very obsessive in the beginning, like an addiction. I hope it works well for you. I also started my running journey by running on the road. But pounding the hard surface for a long time caused me develop planta fascia on my foot and I started running on the softer surface instead. Most of the world calls it trail. But in Britain - it's "fell" for us - mountainous terrain with not necessarily a path. You are doing great. Keep up the good work. (By the way, how are you not hot in all these clothing when running?) P.S. Beautiful story about your Grandma.
